संख्या 136771.— हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 (अधिनियम, 1977 का 13) की धारा 54 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, विा विभाग द्वारा जारी किए गए पत्र संख्या 40/117/लेखाकार/2019/एच०बी०पी०ई० (विा विभाग) दिनांक 19.08.2019 के निर्देषों की अनुपालना में और हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण, हरियाणा सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या 41483 दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2013 एवं अधिसूचना संख्या 43197 दिनांक 21 नवम्बर, 2013 के अधिक्रमण के अंतर्गत, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा नियम, 2013, परिषिष्ट ख में क्रम संख्या 6 (6) तथा 6 (7) में उल्लिखित पद के संबंध में योग्यता के बारे में सीधे कोटा के अंतर्गत हैः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण सेवा (तीसरा संषोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. उक्त विनियमों में परिषिष्ट 'ख' में लेखा विंग शीर्ष के नीचे, कॉलम 1, 2 और 3 के नीचे विद्यमान क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-

| 1 लेखाकार (i) | किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से कम से कम 55 प्रतिषत अंकां के साथ वाणिज्य मे े ं स्नातक की डिग्री और सरकारी विभाग, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, प्रतिष्ठित वाणिज्य संगठन मे संबंधित क्षेत्र मे ं 3 साल का अनुभव। ं या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से कम से कम 50 प्रतिषत अंको के साथ वाणिज्य मे ं ं स्नातकोत्तर और सरकारी विभाग, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, प्रतिष्ठित वाणिज्य संगठन मे ं संबंधित क्षेत्र में 2 साल का अनुभव। (ii) कंप्यूटर यानी एमएस वर्ड, एक्सेल, पावर प्वाइंट एवं टैली आदि का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान होना। (iii) एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्—त के साथ मैट्रिक। | |
| 2 लेखा सहायक | (i) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से कम से कम 55 प्रतिषत अंको के साथ वाणिज्य मे ं स्नातक की डिग्री और सरकारी विभाग, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, प्रतिष्ठित वाणिज्य संगठन मे संबंधित क्षेत्र में 2 साल का अनुभव। ं | |
| या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय से कम से कम 50 प्रतिषत अंको के साथ वाणिज्य मे ं स्नातकोत्तर और सरकारी विभाग, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, प्रतिष्ठित वाणिज्य संगठन मे ं संबंधित क्षेत्र में 1 साल का अनुभव। (ii) कंप्यूटर यानी एमएस वर्ड, एक्सेल, पावर प्वाइंट एवं टैली आदि का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान होना। (iii) एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्—त के साथ मैट्रिक। |

HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN

No. 136771.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 (Act, 13 of 1977), the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, as per instructions issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana Finance Department vide Memo No. 40/117/Acctt./2019/HBPE(FD) dated 19-08-2019 and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Notification No. Authority 41483 dated the 31st October, 2013 and notification No. Authority 43197 dated 21st November 2013, hereby makes the following rules further to amend Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services Rules, 2013 regarding the qualification in respect of post mentioned at Sr. No. 6 (6) and 6(7) in appendix 'B' under direct quota namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Services (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2023.
2. In the said regulation in Appendix 'B' under heading Accounts Wing under the column 1, 2 and 3 for existing Sr. No. and entries there against the following Sr. No. and entries there against shall be substituted namely.

| 1 Accountant | (i) Bachelors Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks from a recognized University and 3 years relevant experience in Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Commercial Organization of repute. OR Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 50% marks from a recognized University and 2 years relevant experience in Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Commercial Organization of repute. (ii) Having working knowledge of computer i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Tally etc. (iii) Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject. | |
| 2 Accounts Assistant | (i) Bachelors Degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks from a recognized University and 2 years relevant experience in Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Commercial Organization of repute. OR Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 50% marks from a recognized University and 1 year relevant experience in Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, Commercial Organization of repute.
