No. 19/12/2023-1HB-II.—The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the time frame/schedule of one month (from 22nd June, 2023 to 21st July, 2023) for receipt of application to establish new Ayurveda/Unani/Siddha/ Sowa-Rigpa/Yog & Naturopathy/ Homoeopathy colleges, to increase intake capacity in UG & PG Courses and to open new PG courses/Diploma courses under the provisions of the policy notified on 3rd May, 2023 for issuance of LOI and NOC.
Further, all necessary documents to be accompanied by depositing the below mentioned non-refundable processing fee in the account head of treasury of State Govt. in the shape of Challan in favour of Director General AYUSH Haryana, Panchkula along with the application:-
(a) To establish a new College:- Rs. 50,000/-
(b) To increase intake capacity in UG Course:- Rs. 50,000/-
(c) To increase intake capacity in MD/MS Course:- Rs. 1,00,000/- (per specialty)
(d) To increase intake capacity in PhD Course:- Rs. 2,00,000/- (per specialty)
(e) To start/open new Diploma course:- Rs. 25,000/-
(f) To start/open new PG Diploma course:- Rs. 50,000/-

Note:-
1. Any application received after the stipulated time period will not be entertained in any case.
2. Applicants are advised to read and understand the provisions of the policy notified on 3rd May, 2023 carefully before submitting the application.
3. Applications shall be scrutinized on the basis of eligibility criteria and only eligible applications fulfilling all the criteria will be accepted for further consideration and the ineligible & incomplete applications shall be rejected.
4. Applications for issuance of NOC should also be accompanied with security in the shape of Bank Guarantee applicable as per policy issued by any scheduled commercial bank pledged in favour of the Director General AYUSH Haryana valid for 05 years.
