संख्या. 4/40/2023-2क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1994 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 52/82/ 2021-2क1,दिनांक 24 दिसम्बर, 2021, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 18/ 10/2022-4क1, दिनांक 09 फरवरी, 2022 और हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 20/32/2022-6क1, दिनांक 15 जुलाई, 2022 के अधिक्रमण में हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में वर्णित नगर निगम, फरीदाबाद, गुरूग्राम तथा मानेसर के लिए आम चुनाव के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित सीटें आरक्षित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

No. 4/40/2023-2CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (8) of Section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) read with rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994 and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 52/82/2021-2C1, dated the 24th December, 2021, the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 18/10/2022-4C1, dated the 9th February, 2022 and the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 20/32/2022-6C1, dated the 15th July, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby reserves the following seats for Municipal Corporations, Faridabad, Gurugram and Manesar as mentioned in the Schedule given below for the purposes of general election, namely :-
