संख्या 04/40/2017-4 एस०.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी (ग्रुप क, ख, तथा ग) सेवा नियम, 2021, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी (ग्रुप क, ख, तथा ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये नियम 26 फरवरी, 2021 से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।
2. हरियाणा उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ी (ग्रुप क, ख, तथा ग) सेवा नियम, 2021 में नियम 2 में, खण्ड (ड) के बाद, निम्नलिखित खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
'(ड क) "खेल प्रतिस्पर्धा " से अभिप्राय है, भार वर्ग के किसी प्रतिबन्ध के बिना खेल प्रतिस्पर्धाएं ; '। 1816 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), JULY 11, 2023 (ASAR. 20, 1945 SAKA)

No. 04/40/2017-4 S.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Group A, B and C) Service Rules, 2021, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Group A, B and C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 26th February, 2021.
2. In the Haryana Outstanding Sportspersons (Group A, B and C) Service Rules, 2021, in rule 2, after clause (m), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :-
'(m a) "Sports events" means all the events of Sports not to be limited by weight category ; '.
