No. HERC/1966/2023.— In Exercise of the powers conferred under section 87 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and in accordance with the provisions of regulation 3 of HERC (Establishment of State Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2004, the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby constitutes State Advisory Committee from the date of notification as under:

The term of office of all the Members, except at Sr. No. 1 to 3 & 4, shall be three years from the date of notification. The functioning of State Advisory Committee shall be as per provisions of HERC (Establishment of State Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2004. All notifications vide which State Advisory Committee was earlier constituted from time to time shall stand superseded from the date of this notification.
