संख्या 36/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) और धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिषों पर इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 35/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संषोधन हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 35/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में,- क अनुसूची I-2.5% में,
(i) क्रम संख्या 99क और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् -

| ''99ख | 1905 | एक्सट्रूशन की प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से विनिर्मित बिना तले या बिना पके स्नैक पेलेट्स, चाहे किसी भी नाम से जाने जाते हों"; |
(ii) क्रम संख्या 108 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् -

| ―108क | 2309 | फिष सोल्युबल पेस्ट‖; |
| ―156ख | 2619 | लिंज-डोनविट्ज (एलडी) स्लैग‖; |
| ―218कक | 56050020 | नकली जरी धागा या सूत, जिसे व्यापारिक भाषा में किसी भी नाम से जाना जाता है‖; |
ख. अनुसूची ।।-6% में, क्रम संख्या 137 के सामने, खाना (3) के नीचे, विद्यमाान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
―(i) कपड़ा धागे के साथ संयुक्त असली जरी धागा (सोना) और चांदी का धागा (ii) नकली जरी धागा या सूत, जिसे व्यापारिक भाषा में किसी भी नाम से जाना जाता है-से भिन्न कपडे का सूत, या पट्टी होते हुए या शीर्ष 5404 या 5405 के समान, धागे, पट्टी या पाउडर के रूप में धातु के साथ संयुक्त या धातु से ढका हुआ धातुयुक्त सूत, चाहे जिम्प्ड हो या नहीं";
ग. अनुसूची ।।। - 9% में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने, खाना (3) के नीचे, शब्दों "टोस्टेड रोटी और इसी तरह के उत्पादों" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "टोस्टेड ब्रेड और इसी तरह के उत्पादों, एक्स्ट्रूषन की प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से विनिर्मित बिना तले या बिना पके स्नैक पेलेट्स, चाहे किसी भी नाम से जाने जाते हों" शब्द और चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 28 के सामने, खाना (3) के नीचे, विद्यमाान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
"लिंज-डोनाविट्ज (एलडी) स्लैग के अलावा, लोहे या स्टील के विनिर्माण की प्रक्रिया में निर्मित स्लैग, ड्रॉस (दानेदार स्लैग के अलावा), स्केलिंग और अन्य अपशिष्ट स्लैग।"।
2. यह अधिसूचना 27 जुलाई, 2023 से लागू होगी।

Notification
The 27th July, 2023
No. 36/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017,-
A. in Schedule I –2.5%,
(i) after serial number 99A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

| "99B | 1905 | Un-fried/Un-cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through process of extrusion"; |
(ii) after serial number 108 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

| "108A | 2309 | Fish soluble paste"; |
(iii) after serial number 156A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:-

| "156B | 2619 | Linz-Donawitz (LD) Slag "; |
(iv) after serial number 218A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -

| "218AA | 56050020 | Imitation zari thread or yarn known by any name in trade parlance"; |
B. in Schedule II–6%, against serial number 137, under column (3), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be subsituited, namely:-
―Metallised yarn, whether or not gimped, being textile yarn, or strip or the like of heading 5404 or 5405, combined with metal in the form of thread, strip or powder or covered with metal, other than- (i) real zari thread (gold) and silver thread combined with textile thread (ii) imitation zari thread or yarn known by any name in trade parlance‖;
C. in Schedule III–9%,
(i) against serial number 16, under column (3), for the words ―toasted bread and similar toasted products‖, the words and signs ―toasted bread and similar toasted products, un-fried or un-cooked snack pellets, by whatever name called, manufactured through process of extrusion‖ shall be substituted;
(ii) against serial number 28, under column (3), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be subsituited, namely:-
―Slag, dross (other than granulated slag), scalings and other waste from the manufacture of iron or steel, other than Linz-Donawitz (LD) slag‖;
2. This notification shall come into force on the 27th day of July, 2023.
