संख्या Misc-59/DTP(RB)/2023/7/2/2023-2TCP.— पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र, अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन नियम, 1965 को हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, आगे संशोधित करने के लिए नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, हरियाणा अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र, अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं, उक्त धारा की उपधारा (1) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर अथवा उसके पश्चात् सरकार, नियमों के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हों, जो अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा लिखित रूप में नियमों के प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाएं, विचार करेगी।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ये नियम पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र, अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन (हरियाणा संशोधन) नियम, 2023, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र, अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन नियम, 1965 में, अनुसूची - IV में, अन्त में विद्यमान टिप्पणों में, मद 5 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
―5. ऊर्जा विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा घोषित अक्षय ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं के लिए कोई संपरिवर्तन प्रभार और संवीक्षा फीस प्रभारित नहीं की जाएगी।‖

Notification

No. Misc-59/DTP(RB)/2023/7/2/2023-2TCP.— The following draft of rules further to amend the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, in their application to the State of Haryana which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of rules shall be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Town and Country Planning Department, Chandigarh from any person with respect to the draft of rules, before the expiry of the period so specified.
Draft Rules
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, in Schedule –IV, in the Notes existing in the end, for item 5, the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
―5. No conversion charges and scrutiny fee shall be charged for renewable energy projects, as may be declared by the Energy Department, Haryana.‖
