संख्या 9/48/2023-4क2.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, तावड़ू, जिला नूंह के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, नूंह के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं0 01 :- मौहम्मदपुर रोड पर स्थित नगरपालिका सीमा पर बने सिंह की भूमि से प्रारम्भ होकर पूर्व की ओर नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ बंध रास्ता तक, अब इस बिन्दू से दक्षिण की ओर नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ शमशान घाट की सीमा तक, अब इस बिन्दू से दक्षिण की ओर लखमी चन्द की भूमि से पूर्व दिषा में नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुये पुनः दक्षिण दिषा में नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ चलते हुये सोहना रोड पर स्थित प्रमोद नम्बरदार के प्लाट तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पष्चिम दिषा में सोहना रोड के साथ-2 चलते हुये सुमन की दुकान के साथ लगती दुकान के साथ वाली गली तक, अब इस बिन्दू से उत्तर दिषा की गली में गांव गोगजाका के रास्ते पर रामजीलाल की खाली भूमि तक, अब इस बिन्दू से दक्षिण दिषा में गोगजाका रास्ते पर चलते हुये पटौदी रोड पर स्थित अयुब सरपंच के प्लाट तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पष्चिम की ओर संतरा देवी के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से उत्तर में चलते हुए, मोहम्मदपुर रोड के साथ बने सिंह की भूमि तक, जो प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं0 02 :- गांव गोगजाका मार्ग पर स्थित नगरपालिका सीमा से रामजीलाल की भूमि से प्रारम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ सत्ते की भूमि तक, अब इस बिन्दू से दक्षिण की ओर मोनू के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पक्षिम की ओर दीपचन्द के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से बंध रास्ते पर वीरपाल के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से गली पार करते हुए विजय के मकान से इन्द्र के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पटौदी रोड की तरफ बलराम की दुकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पटौदी रोड पर अय्यूब सरपंच की प्लाट तक, अब इस बिन्दू से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर गांव गोगजाका के रास्ते पर रामजीलाल की भूमि तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं0 03 :- सोहना रोड पर स्थित नगरपालिका सीमा पर स्थित रामपाल यादव की सिंचाई भूमि से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ चलते हुये षिकारपुर रोड पर नगरपालिका सीमा तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पष्चिम की ओर नूँह रोड पर स्थित तहसील के दक्षिण कोने तक, अब इस बिन्दू से उत्तर पष्चिम दिषा में पटौदी रोड पर चलते हुये डालचन्द की दुकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर चलते हुये सीरीया के मकान तक, अब इस बिन्दू से पूर्वोत्तर दिषा में

No. 9/48/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Tauru, District Nuh as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Nuh from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
