You, Opponant No.2, is hereby informed by this Public Notice that above named Deceased met with the road accident on 28-07-2018 on Bhavnagar to Ahmedabad Highway, Near Chandan Salt, After Nari Village. Deceased sitted with his Friend in Auto Rickshaw No. GJ-04-W-5994 of Opp. No. 4 at that time Oppo. No. 2 Ms. Delhi Baroda Road Carrier Pvt. Ltd.'s truck No. HR.55-P-3906 Driven by Driver oppo. No. 1 Abdul mannan Sardar khan was drive in full speed & negligently & breaked rule of Traffic dushed with Above Auto Rickshaw. Therefore causing the Accident & death of deceased.

Therefore the Legal Heirs of Deceased has filed MACP Claim No. 323/2018 through his Advocate against you Oppp. No. 2 in this MAC Tribunal, Bhavnagar. U/s M.V. Act-166 to get Accident Compensation of Rs. 12,00,000/- & U/S M.V. Act 140 to get interim compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for this Accident.

The above MAC petition is fixed on Date – 1st September, 2023. Therefore you Opp. No. 2, is directed to remain present on this day at 11:00 A.M. in this Tribunal in person or through your Advocate to submit your Reply (764) PART III] HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., AUG. 8, 2023 (SRVN. 17, 1945 SAKA) 765
