संख्या. 9/50/2023-4क2.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, जुलाना, जिला जीन्द के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, जीन्द के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं० 01 :- नगरपालिका की सीमा में सी0एच0सी रोड चौक से आरम्भ होकर उतर-पष्चिम की तरफ नगर पालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ जाते हुए जींद रोहतक रोड तक, जींद रोहतक रोड से नगर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ जाते हुए फतेहगढ रोड को पार करते हुए नगर पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा तक पूर्वी सीमा के कोणे से दक्षिण की तरफ सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए जींद-रोहतक रोड तक जींद रोहतक रोड को पार करते हुए सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए चत्तर सिंह नाई के मकान तक, चत्तर सिंह के मकान से सभागार के साथ-साथ हांसी रोड पार करते हुए आरम्भिक बिन्दु तक। वार्ड नं० 02 :- उमेद सिंह पुत्र रणसिंह के मकान से जो कि नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ लगता है से दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए महाबीर पुत्र हीरालाल के मकान तक, महाबीर के मकान से तीर्थराम के मकान के आगे से होते हुए उत्तर दिषा में धौली चौपाल के सामने से होते हुए भले सिंह पुत्र मुनी लाल के मकान तक, भले सिंह पुत्र मुनी लाल के मकान से पूर्व की तरफ चलते हुए उमेद ंिसह के मकान तक जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 03 :- हाँसी रोड पर सभागार के साथ पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए समुन्द्र पुत्र रामकुमार के मकान को अन्दर लेते हुए धौली चौपाल के आगे से होते हुए महाबीर सुपुत्र हीरालाल के मकान तक, नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए औमप्रकाष के मकान के सामने तक, औमप्रकाष के मकान से राजेन्द्र के मकान के सामने तक, राजेन्द्र के मकान के सामने से होते हुए पष्चिम दिषा की तरफ रामकुमार के मकान के सामने तक, रामकुमार के मकान के सामने से होते हुए जोगिन्द्र के मकान तक, जोगिन्द्र के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए बलबीर पुत्र दानी के मकान तक, बलबीर पुत्र दानी के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए जय भगवान के मकान के सामने तक, जयभगवान के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए बिरेन्द्र के मकान तक, बिरेन्द्र के मकान से दक्षिण की तरफ चलते हुए कपूर के मकान के सामने से होते हुए अनिल के मकान तक, अनिल के मकान को अन्दर लेते हुए सुरेन्द्र पुत्र फुल सिंह के मकान तक, सुरेन्द्र के मकान से उतर दिषा में चलते हुए

No. 9/50/2023-4C2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Julana, District Jind as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Jind from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified:-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 :- Starting from C.H.C. road to the municipal limits, going along the municipal limits towards north- west till Jind Rohtak road, passing along the municipal limits from Jind Rohtak road, crossing Fatehgarh road till the eastern border of the municipality, running along the border towards the south till Jind-Rohtak road, crossing the Jind-Rohtak road. Walking along the MC Limit till the house of Chattar Singh Nai, from the house of Chattar Singh along with the Auditorium crossing Hansi Road till the starting point.
