संख्या 9/53/2023-4क II.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, रादौर, जिला-यमुनानगर के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, यमुनानगर के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं० 01 : उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहां नगरपालिका रादौर की उतरी सीमा बकाना रोड को काटती है, और उक्त सीमा के साथ -2 चलते हुए एस के रोड को पार करके पष्चिम यमुना नहर की पटरी तक फिर उक्त पटरी से दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए सांई कोलोनी को पार करके ओॅक्सीजन फैक्टरी के सामने से चलकर खेडा मन्दिर के उत्तर की गली से चलते हुए राज शटरिंग स्टोर तक फिर खेडा महोल्ला रोड से उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुए दुकान विनोद वर्मा तक, जोकि ओल्ड एस के रोड के संगम पर है फिर उत्तर दिषा मे ओल्ड एस के रोड पर चलते हुए बरखा राम के घर तक, फिर पूर्वी फिरनी छोटा बांस से होते हुए श्री बजाज मैडिकोज तक जोकि एस के रोड के संगम पर है, एस के रोड को पार करके पीर बाबा तक, फिर पीर बाबा से कुरूक्षेत्र की ओर चलते हुए बकाना रोड के सगम तक, बकाना रोड से होते हुए उत्तरी पालिका सीमा तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 2 :उस बिन्दु से आरम्भ होकर जहां नगरपालिका रादौर की पूर्वी सीमा पष्चिमी यमुना नहर की पटरी को काटती है तथा पालिका की सीमा के साथ दक्षिण दिषा में जाते हुए रतनगढ़ गांव की ओर जाने वाली सड़क़ को काटते हुए रौनकपुर डेरा तक, रौनकपुर डेरे से मुड़कर जठलाना रोड को काटते हुए रतनगड़ डेरे से होते हुए पष्चिम दिषा में मुड़कर पालिका सीमा के साथ चलते हुए गुमथला गांव की ओर जानी वाली सड़क को काटते हुए पष्चिमी यमुना नहर को पार करते हुए पालिका की दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी सीमा (खसरा नं० 1452) से जठलाना रोड को पार करके बिजली बोर्ड से चलते हुए एम0एल0एन0 कालेज पूर्व में कालेज रोड से चलते हुए सुभाष की चक्की तक फिर लक्की हेयर डै्रसर से बिच्छा राम के घर तक फिर वहाँ से रामधारी के घर तक इसके बाद षनि मंदिर के सामने लक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर से पटरी से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए वहां तक जहां पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा तक जहाँ पष्चिमी यमुना नहर को काटती हैं। जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

(EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) वार्ड नं० 3 :जयपाल सैनी घर से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में चलकर खेडा मन्दिर से दक्षिण दिषा में चलकर नहर की पटरी के साथ-साथ चलते हुए षनि मंदिर तक, षनि मंदिर से पष्चिम दिषा मे घुमकर राजेष चोपडा के घर तक, राजेष चोपडा से बाल कृष्ण के घर तक, बाल कृष्ण के घर से दक्षिण दिषा मे घुमकर गली के साथ-2 चलते हुए पुत्र श्री देषराज की दुकान तक, देषराज की दुकान से पष्चिम दिषा मे घूमकर कॉलेज रोड पर चलते हुए चन्द्रमोहन के घर तक, चन्द्रमोहन के घर से सचिन टैण्ट हाउस से होते हुए बसेसर नाथ बरेड़ी वाले के घर तक, बसेसर नाथ बरेड़ी मकान से पूर्व दिषा मे घुमकर चलते हुए सुनील के घर तक फिर सुनिल के घर से माता महोल्ले मे पूर्ण चदं के घर से होते हुए सुरेष वर्मा के घर तक, सुरेष वर्मा के घर से जयपाल सैनी के घर तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 4 : पुरानी एस0के0 रोड पर स्थित सैनी स्वीट हाउस से आरम्भ होकर खेडा महोल्ला रोड पर दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए नाला पार करते हुए खेडा मंदिर से पष्चिम दिषा में मुडकर ठाकुरद्वारा मंदिर वाली गली में चलते हुए राममुर्ति के घर तक राममुर्ति के घर से माता के थान तक, माता के थान के सामने से पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए राधेष्याम के घर तक, राधेष्याम के घर से उत्तर दिषा में घुमकर सुभाष के घर तक फिर वहां से पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए बीना के घर तक, फिर बीना के घर से चलते हुए और विनोद षर्मा की दुकान से दक्षिण दिषा में घुम कर चलते हुए न्यु चोपडा गारमैंटस तक, न्यु चोपड़ा गारमैंटस से जोकि ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर है, वहां से उत्तर दिषा में घुमकर ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड पर चलते हुए कमेटी चौंक को पार करके ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड के साथ-साथ चल कर सैनी स्वीट हाउस तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 5 : षकुन्तला रानी के घर से पूर्व दिषा में चलकर बाबा दर्षन लाल के प्लाट से पूर्व दिषा मे घूमकर रामपाल षर्मा के घर से होते हुुुुुुुए एस0पी0 अग्रवाल के घर तक वहां से पष्चिम दिषा मे घूमकर प्रवीण के घर तक वहां से दक्षिण दिषा में घूमकर चलते हुए कालेज रोड के संगम पर यषपाल की दुकान तक वहां से पष्चिम दिषा मे घूमकर कालेज रोड पर चलते हुए वी0के0 स्टूडियों तक फिर उतर दिषा मेे घूमकर सतपाल खुराना के घर तक, फिर वहां से उतर दिषा मे चलते हुए षकुन्तला तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 6 :रावल चौंक से आरम्भ होकर ओल्ड एस0के0 रोेड पर उत्तर दिषा मे चलते हूए रोड को पार करके हनुमान मन्दिर से गली मे चलकर पोस्ट आफिस वाली गली मे चलते हुए रमेष मेहता के घर तक, फिर पूर्व दिषा मे बागयान गली चलकर सिंगला नर्सिगं होम से होते हुए दिव्या मैडिकोज तक जो कि मेन बाजार की रोड के संगम पर है। फिर पूरी टेलर वाली गली में उत्तर दिषा मे चलकर बसेसर नाथ बरेड़ी वालो के नए घर तक फिर वहां से पूर्व दिषा मे चलकर पूरी टेलर से होते हुए सुषील वर्मा के घर तक, फिर वहाँ से दक्षिण दिषा मे घूमकर गुरूद्वारा के नजदीक से ओम प्रकाष के घर से होते हुए जितेन्द्र के घर तक, फिर दक्षिण दिषा मे चलते हुए रामलीला ग्राउड को पार करके आर्य समाज मन्दिर तक जोकि कॅालेज रोड के संगम पर है, फिर वहां से पष्चिम दिषा मे चलकर रावल चौंक तक जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 7 : रावल चौक पर गीता बाजार रोड व कालेज रोड के संगम पर स्थित गणेश दास की दुकान से पूर्व दिषा मेें चलते हुए सुभाष की चक्की तक वहां से दक्षिण दिषा में मुडकर कालेज रोड पर चलते हुए गणपति वेल्डींग तक, फिर गणपति वेल्डींग से पूर्व दिषा में घूमकर अनुराग के घर तक, फिर दक्षिण दिषा में बिजली बोर्ड वाली रोड से चलते हुए मोटर गैेरेज तक जोकि जठलाना रोड के संगम पर हैं। फिर वहां से पूर्व दिषा में जठलाना रोड पर चलते हुए सैनी मैडिकल स्टोर तक फिर वहाँ से उत्तर दिषा में घुमकर गुगा माडी रोड पर चलते हुए गुगा माडी से होते हुए पलैस से चलते हुए गीता बाजार तक, गीता बाजार से चलते हुए सरकारी स्कूल से होते हुए गणेष दास की दुकान तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 8 : मण्डी रोड पर श्री राम पैन्टर्स की दुकान से आरम्भ होकर से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए गोयल कॉफैषनरी को पार करने हुए रॉवल चौंक तक, फिर वहाँ से दक्षिण दिषा में गीता बाजार से होते हुए दक्षिण में खादी आश्रम व गन्ना सोसाईटी से होेते हुए गुगा माडी रोड से चलते हुए कस्तुरबा गांधी आश्रम तक जोकि जठलाना रोड के संगम पर है। फिर वहां से पष्चिमी दिषा में मुडकर जठलाना रोड पर चलते हुए इण्डियन पब्लिक स्कूल के समान से (खसरा नं० 864 मौजा रादौर) से उत्तर दिषा में मुड़कर चंचल रानी के घर से होते हुए गोयल टयुबवैल तक फिर वहां से संजीव षर्मा के घर से होते हुए विपिन बंसल के घर के सामने से होते हुए उतर दिषा में रतिराम के घर तक, रतीराम के घर से लेकर पष्चिम में चलकर डॉ0 बलदेव सैनी के घर तक, फिर वहा से उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुए श्री राम पेंटर्स तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू हैं। वार्ड नं० 9 : उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहां नगरपालिका रादौर की पष्चिमी सीमा जो कि बुबका रोड को काटती है तथा बुबका रोड से पूर्व दिषा में चल कर बुबका चौंक तक जो कि एस के रोड के संगम पर है। फिर वंहा से दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हूए मण्डी चौंक तक फिर से पूर्व दिषा मे मूडकर मण्डी रोड पर चलते हुए बसेसर सैनी की दुकान तक दक्षिण दिषा मे घुमकर वासूदेव सैनी के घर तक, फिर पूर्व दिषा मे घूमकर राजीव के घर तक, फिर वहाँ से दक्षिण दिषा में चलकर सुषीला देवी के घर तक, फिर वहाँ से पष्चिम दिषा मे चलकर दिनेष के घर तक, फिर वहाँ से चलते हुए हाउस आफ सुरेखा तक, फिर वहा से चलते हुए गली खसरा नं० 863/1 से सुभाष आटो वर्कस तक जोकि जठलाना रोड के संगम पर है। वहा से पष्चिम दिषा मे मूडकर त्रिवेणी चौंक को पार करके खसरा नं० 675/2 बाला जी मंदिर के सामने से पालिका सीमा के साथ चलते हुए खसरा नं० 505 तक फिर एस0 के0 रोड को काटते हुए खसरा नं० 503/1 से पालिका सीमा से होते हूए खसरा नं० 442 तक फिर पालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ चलकर बपोली रोड को काटते हुए उस बिन्दू तक जोे कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं० 10 : एस0के0 रोड व एम0सी0 रोड के संगम पर सुभाष जुस कॉर्नर से आरम्भ होकर षास्त्री कालोनी के साथ-2 चलते हुए एक्चेन्ज रोड के संगम से दक्षिण दिषा मे घुमकर चलते हुए बुबका रोड को पार करके एक्चेन्ज रोड पर चलते हुएHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) 2251 पुजारा डायरी तक जोकि मण्डी रोड के संगम पर है फिर वहां से पष्चिम दिषा मे घुम कर मण्डी रोड पर चलते हुए मण्डी चौंक तक जोकि एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर है। फिर वहां से उत्तर दिषा मे मुडकर एस0के0 रोड पर चलते हुए बुबका चौंक तक फिर बुबका चौंक से पष्चिम दिषा मे बुबका रोड पर चलते हुए पष्चिमी पालिका सीमा के संगम तक फिर पालिका सीमा के साथ चलते हुए रादौरी रोड के संगम पर फिर रादौरी रोड सेे दक्षिण दिषा मे चलते हुए खान ग्लास की दुकान तक, फिर वहाँ से पूर्व दिषा मे मुडकर मकान नं० 6 चेतन्य (Chetanyads) घर से दक्षिण दिषा मे ंघुमकर मेन जाटनगर गली से होते हुए एस0 के0 रोड को पार करके सुभाष जुस तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं० 11 : बुबका रोड व एक्सचैंज रोड के संगम पर सेतिया फोटो स्टेट से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा मेे अरोडा गारमैंटस (दीपक अरोडा) की दूकान तक दक्षिण मे चलकर रिलायंस टावर के सामने प्रेम षर्मा के घर तक, प्रेम षर्मा के घर से रामदत के प्लॉट तक, रामदत के प्लॉट से पुराने पोस्ट आफिस के सामने से पोस्ट ओफिस गली से चलते हुए गणेष डेयरी तक फिर गणेष डेयरी से पूर्व दिषा मे चलकर स्टैंडर्ड मैडिकोज तक जोकि मेन बाजार रोड के संगम पर है। फिर वहां से रावल चौंक से पष्चिम दिषा मे चलकर मण्डी रोड के साथ चलते हुए पानी की टंकी से चलते हुए एक्सचैंज रोड के संगम तक, फिर उत्तर दिषा मे घुमकर चलते हुए सेतिया फोटो स्टेट तक जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 12 : एक्सचैंज रोड व एम0सी0 रोड के संगम पर कुम्हार सर्विस स्टेषन/कुम्हार षॉपिंग काम्पलैक्स से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा मे चलते हुए लक्ष्य फोटो स्टेट तक जोकि ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर है। फिर दक्षिण दिषा में घूम कर मेन बाजार रोड पर चलते हुए कृष्ण की तक, बागीयान गली से मुडकर गली में चलते हुए विजय गोयल की बैठक तक फिर उत्तर दिषा मे चलते हुए योगेष के मकान से होते हुए रिलांयस टावर तक फिर उत्तर दिषा मे चलकर डॉ0 हरि के मकान तक जो कि बुबका रोड के संगम पर है। फिर पष्चिम दिषा मे चलकर राज जनरल स्टोर तक जोकि एक्चैंज रोड के संगम पर है। फिर उत्तर दिषा मे मुडकर एक्सचैंज रोड पर चलते हुए कुम्हार सर्विस स्टषन/ कुम्हार षॉपिंग काम्पलैक्स तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 13 : रिषी पाल कल्याण के कार्यालय से आरम्भ होकर पष्चिमी फिरनी छोटाबांस से होते हुए विनोद वालिया के घर से चलते हुए ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड के संगम तक फिर दक्षिण में घुमकर पुरानी एस0के0 रोड से होते हुए कमेटी चौंक तक फिर पष्चिम दिषा मे चलते हुए नगरपालिका कार्यालय कें सामने से होते हुए ओल्ड बस स्टैण्ड तक जोकि एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर है, फिर एस0के0 रोड से उतर दिषा में चलते हुए बी0डी0पी0ओ0 कार्यालय के सामने से होते हुए रिषीपाल कल्याण के कार्यालय तक, जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 14 : उस बिन्दु से आरम्भ होकर जहाँ नगरपालिका रादौर की उतरी सीमा बकाना रोड को काटती है, फिर बकाना रोड पर दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए लाईक पब्लिक स्कूल के सामने से चलते हुए एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर, फिर एस0के0 रोड को पार करके यमुनानगर की ओर चतले हुए मंगल के घर तक , फिर वहाँ से होकर छोटाबांस की पूर्वी फिरनी से होते हुए ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड के संगम तक, फिर ओल्ड एस0के0 रोड से दक्षिण दिषा मे चलते हुए पष्चिमी फिरनी छोटाबांस से होते हुए कुलबीर के घर तक, फिर कुलबीर के घर से चलते हुए ज्ञान के मकान तक जोकि एस0के0 रोड के संगम पर है। फिर एस0के0 रोड को पार करके कुरूक्षेत्र की ओर चलते हुए न्यु बस स्टैण्ड के सामने से होते हुए जाट नगर मेन गली के संगम तक, फिर वहाँ से जाटनगर गली में घुमकर पष्चिम दिषा मे चलते हुए आर0एस0 मोटर दुकान के सामने से उत्तर दिषा मे घुमकर मकान नं० 6 चेतन्य (Chetanyads) के घर तक, फिर पष्चिम दिषा मे चलकर ओम रफ्रिजरेटर तक जो कि रादौरी रोड के संगम पर स्थित है, फिर रादौरी रोड से उतर दिषा में चलकर पष्चिमी पालिका सीमा के संगम पर फिर पष्चिमी पालिका सीमा के साथ होते हुए बकाना रोड के संगम तक, जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।

The 11th August, 2023

No. 9/53/2023-4C II.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Radaur, District-Yamuna Nagar as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 : Starting from the point where North boundary of M C Radaur intersect with Bakana Road, then crossing of S.K. Road towards Westeren Yamuna canal patri, then turn to south direction from said patri crossing Sai Colony and then through going opposite of Oxygen Gas plant towards north street of Khera Mandir, towards Raj Shuttering Store, then turn to North direction from Kheda Mohalla road towards the shop of Vinod Verma which is situated at intersection of S.K. Road, then turn to north side and reach toward the house of Barkha Ram, then turn towards eastern firni of Chota Bans to Bajaj medicos which intersects with S.K. Road, by crossing S.K. Road to Peer Baba then going towards Kurukshetra till Bakana Road, then turn from Bakana Road to Northeren MC Limit of Radaur, which is the starting point.

Ward No. 02 : Starting from the point where Easteran M C Radaur limit intersect with patri of Westeren Yamuna Canal, then going along with South direction crossing the road of Rattangarh village covering through Rounak Pur Dera, then going through the Jathlana road till Rattangarh Dera, then turn towards Westeren side going along with MC limit crossing the road of Gumthala village crossing the Westeren Yamuna Canal, then going along South West MC limit till Khasra No. 1452, then crossing the Jathlana Road, moving on Bijli board road to the easteren side road of Mukand Lal National college i.e. College Road, moving along with college road to Subhash ki chakki then to Lucky Hair Dresser to Bichha Ram House, from here to Ramdhari house, then after moving along with Patri reaching Laxmi Narayan Mandir which is in front of Shani Mandir, then turn towards till the easteran side of M.C. Radaur where limit intrersects with Westeren Yamuna Canal i.e. Starting Point.

Ward No. 03 : Starting from the house of Jaipal Saini House towards the Kheda Mandir to south direction on Yamuna Canal patri along with Shani Mandir, then Shani Mandir to Westeren side from Shani Mandir to the house of Rajesh Chopra, then going towards Balkishan house, then turn south direction moving to Shop of Deshraj, then turn towards easteran side moving along with college road to the house of Chander Mohan, then moving along with Sachin Tent House towards baseshar Barheri Wale godown, then turn east side to house of Sunil Gupta, then in Mata Mohalla house of Puran Chand to house of Suresh Verma, then going towards the house of Jaipal Saini, i.e. Starting Point.

Ward No. 04 : Starting from the point from Saini Sweet House, then turn towards southeren side, then moving along Kheda Mohalla Road, crossing the drain towards Khera Mandir then turn westeren side and moving towards Thakur Dwara Mandir gali and moving to Rammurti house and then to the sacred place of Mata temple, then turn towards westeren side and move through house of radhe Shyam and turn towards north direction going to then house of Subhash, then turn towards westeren side and reaching house of Bina and then going to the shop of Vinod Sharma and turn towards south direction going to the shop of New Chopra garment which is situated in the intersection of S.K. Road, then turns to the North side and moving on old S.K. Road crossing the old committee chowk then going to Saini Sweet House, i.e. Starting point.

Ward No. 05 : Starting from the house of Shakuntala Rani and move towards easteran side going to the house of Baba Darshan Lal then turn towards the easteran side and going to the house of Rampal to S.P Aggarwal house, then turn towards westeren side to the house of Parveen then turn towards southeren side through the shop of Yashpal which is situated at the intersection woth college road, then turn towards the westeren side going on College road to V.K. Studio, then turn towards Northeren side moving to the house of Satpal khurana then turn to northeren side towards the house of Shakuntala Rani, i.e. the starting point.

Ward No. 06 : Starting from the Rawal Chowk and moving on old S.K.
