संख्या 9/54/2023-4क2 .- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, लोहारू, जिला भिवानी के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इस से प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, भिवानी के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
वार्ड नं० 01 :- भिवानी रोड पर नगरपालिका की उत्तरी सीमा के संगम से दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए चुंगी नंबर 7 पर बीईओ विजय प्रभाव के घर से मनजीत राजो देवी वेद प्रकाश के घर होते हुए चौधरी बहादुर सिंह की धर्मशाला तक इसके पश्चात चुंगी नंबर 7 पर स्थित सुमेर के घर से मुकेश व प्रकाश के घर तक व रविदास मंदिर होते हुए जेके बैटरी शॉप पिलानी रोड होते हुए रेलवे फाटक तक इसके पश्चात रेलवे लाइन के पश्चिम सीमा के संगम तक पश्चिम सीमा के साथ-साथ उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए भिवानी रोड पर उत्तरी सीमा के संगम तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं० 02 :- उस बिंदु से आरंभ होकर जहां भिवानी रोड नगर पालिका लोहारू की उत्तरी सीमा से मिलता है तथा पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ जहां पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा झुपा रोड के साथ संगम होता है इसके पश्चात झुपा रोड के साथ-साथ दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए दादरी रोड के संगम तक वह दादरी रोड पर पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुए सिद्धिविनायक धर्म कांटे तक व भूप सिंह के मकान तक इसके पश्चात शनि देव मंदिर से श्री भगवान शर्मा के घर होते हुए राजेश ओमप्रकाश के मकान तक इसके पश्चात पुलिस स्टेशन के पीछे से होते हुए प्राइमरी स्कूल के साथ ओमप्रकाश के मकान तक वह चौधरी रामनारायण के कुएं से पॉलिटेक्निक के सामने चांदकौर की दुकान तक भिवानी रोड होते हुए प्रारंभिक बिंदु जहां नगर पालिका लोहारू की उत्तरी सीमा के संगम तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।
वार्ड नं० 03 :- उस बिंदु से प्रारंभ होकर जहां दादरी रोड पर स्थित सिद्धिविनायक धर्म कांटा है से दादरी रोड के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए झुपा रोड के संगम तक इसके पश्चात झुपा रोड पर मांगेराम के घर से होते हुए वाल्मीकि मंदिर तक तथा वीरेंद्र सैनी के घर से बनारसीदास पंडित के घर होते हुए पहलाद के घर तक व गिरधारी दर्जी के घर से मस्जिद होते हुए सुरेश खेमका के प्लाट तक इसके पश्चात खेतान मूंगा राम ट्रस्ट से जुगल खेतान व छत्र सिंह के मकान तक व मातूराम जय सिंह राजेश ठेकेदार के मकान होते हुए दादरी रोड पर सिद्धिविनायक धर्म कांटा तक जोकि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।

(EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) वार्ड नं० 04 :- उस बिंदु से प्रारंभ होकर जो झुपा रोड का संगम नगरपालिका की उत्तरी सीमा से होता है, से पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्वी सीमा के संगम तक इसके पश्चात पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ श्मशान घाट रोड होते हुए ओम प्रकाश के घर तक व नथूराम के घर से सोनू सतबीर के घर होते हुए राजवीर की दुकान तक इसके पश्चात रणबीर के मकान से चंदगी मास्टर जगदीश मनोहर के मकान होते हुए वाल्मीकि चौक तक झुपा रोड होते हुए नगरपालिका की उत्तरी सीमा के संगम तक जोकि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।
वार्ड नं० 05 :- उस बिंदु से प्रारंभ होकर जहां नगरपालिका की पूर्वी सीमा का संगम श्मशान घाट रोड के साथ होता है से पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण सीमा की ओर जाते हुए पुराना फरटिया रोड के संगम तक इसके पश्चात पुराना फरटिया रोड पर पश्चिम की ओर जाते हुए हरपाल प्रधान के घर से होते हुए माता चौक तक इसके पश्चात राजकुमार के मकान से रामपाल राजेंद्र सुरेश के मकान होते हुए सुशील की दुकान तक व दौलत राम इमरती जय सिंह के मकान होते हुए नत्थू राम अर्जुन व महबूब खान के मकान तक व श्मशान घाट रोड होते हुए नगर पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा के संगम तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं० 06 :- उस बिंदु से प्रारंभ होकर जहां पुराना फरटिया रोड का संगम नगर पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ होता है इसके पश्चात नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए फरटिया रोड के संगम तक वह जंगलात के रास्ते जाते हुए सुभाष के घर तक व सुरेश के घर से बंसी के घर होते हुए राम भगत के घर तक व सुरेश के घर से राजू के घर होते हुए बिल्लू फरटिया के घर तक व जगदीश डाकिया के घर से राजू सिकलीगर के घर होते हुए समीर सैनी की दुकान तक इसके पश्चात सीताराम पंजाबी की दुकान से ओम प्रकाश की दुकान होते हुए पुराना फरटिया रोड पर नगरपालिका की पूर्वी सीमा तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है ।
वार्ड नं० 07 :- परशुराम चौक से प्रारंभ होकर पुराना बाजार रोड होते हुए गोपाल तायल की दुकान से गोपी नाई के घर होते हुए बजरंग हीर के प्लाट तक व धर्मेंद्र के मकान से ताराचंद के मकान होते हुए चंद्रभान के मकान तक इसके पश्चात विनोद के मकान से उदय भान के मकान होते हुए सिविल हॉस्पिटल के साथ-साथ राम सिंह सैनी के घर होते हुए परशुराम चौक तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है ।
वार्ड नं० 08 :- जंगलात के रास्ते पर रमेश का मकान जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है से फरटिया रोड की ओर जाते हुए फरटिया रोड के संगम तक इसके पश्चात फरटिया रोड पर पश्चिम की ओर जाते हुए बूस्टिंग स्टेशन सिंगला हॉस्पिटल होते हुए आर्य समाज मंदिर तक व धर्मवीर शास्त्री के प्लाट से बलबीर ठेकेदार की दुकान होते हुए हरिराम के घर तक व भागोती के मकान से रामविलास के घर होते हुए दिलबाग के घर से जंगलात के रास्ते पर रमेश के घर तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं० 09 :- अनाज मंडी के उत्तर पश्चिमी कोने पर स्थित उमेश गर्ग की दुकान से पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए अनाज मंडी के गेट होते हुए फरटिया चौक तक इसके पश्चात फरटिया रोड पर पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए शीशराम मेचु के घर होते हुए फरटिया रोड पर पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए नगरपालिका की पूर्वी सीमा के संगम तक इसके पश्चात पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए रेलवे लाइन तक रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ पश्चिम की ओर जाते हुए अनाज मंडी के दक्षिण पश्चिमी कोने पर स्थित सुरेश की दुकान तक इसके पश्चात उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए अनाज मंडी के उत्तर पश्चिम कौन है पर स्थित उमेश गर्ग की दुकान तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।
वार्ड नं० 10 :- उस बिंदु से आरंभ होकर जो रेलवे लाइन नगरपालिका लोहारू की पूर्वी सीमा से संगम होती है से पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ साथ दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए दक्षिणी सीमा तक इसके पश्चात दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ-साथ पश्चिम की ओर जाते हुए सूरजगढ़ रोड के संगम तक व सूरजगढ़ रोड पर उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए श्री राम के घर से बंसी के घर होते हुए ईश्वर जांगड़ा के घर तक इसके पश्चात रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए नगर पालिका की पूर्वी सीमा के संगम तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु पर जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 11 :- सूरजगढ़ रोड पर स्थित बद्री के घर से दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए नगर पालिका की दक्षिण सीमा के संगम तक इसके पश्चात दक्षिण सीमा के साथ-साथ पश्चिम की ओर जाते हुए नगर पालिका की पश्चिम सीमा तक व नगर पालिका की दक्षिण पश्चिम सीमा से उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए रेलवे लाइन के संगम तक रेलवे लाइन के साथ-साथ पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए आजाद के घर तक वह आजाद के घर से विजय के घर होते हुए सूरजगढ़ रोड पर स्थित बद्री के घर तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं० 12 :- देवी लाल चौक पर स्थित बलवान की दुकान से पीएनबी बैंक होते हुए किला मैदान स्वर्ण जयंती पार्क से भगत सिंह चौक तक दक्षिण की ओर फरटिया चौक पर स्थित सुरेंद्र की दुकान से अमित डालमिया के घर होते हुए संजय सैनी के घर तक व सूरजगढ़ रोड पर सुरेश चंद्र की दुकान से होते हुए रामप्रकाश पूर्व पार्षद के घर से चिरंजी पंजाबी सर्विस स्टेशन होकर देवी लाल चौक पर स्थित बलवान की दुकान तक जो प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नं० 13 :- पानी की टंकी से परशुराम चौक होते हुए द्वारका के घर से रामस्वरूप मीणा के घर होते हुए ज्ञान कुंज स्कूल से आर्य समाज वाली गली वह फरटिया रोड के संगम तक इसके पश्चात भगत सिंह चौक होते हुए पानी की टंकी तक जो प्रारंभिक बिंदु हैं।
वार्ड नं० 14 :- चुंगी नंबर 7 पर स्थित अतर सिंह की दुकान से प्राइमरी स्कूल पुलिस स्टेशन के पीछे से विष्णु भीम सिंह विजय शर्मा मनोहर लाल के घर होते हुए दर्शन लाल की दुकान तक इसके पश्चात परशुराम चौक होते हुए दम कोरा हाउस रामलीला मैदान देवी लाल चौक तक देवीलाल चौक से पिलानी रोड पर जाते हुए दलाल मार्केट में श्री श्याम मोबाइल प्वाइंटHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) 2257 से मुंशी राम के घर होते हुए रविदास मंदिर बूस्टिंग स्टेशन तक इसके पश्चात दिलीप के घर से प्रताप मास्टर महावीर राधेश्याम के घर होते हुए अतर सिंह की दुकान तक जो प्रारंभिक बिंदु है।

The 11th August, 2023
No. 9/54/2023-4C2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Loharu, District Bhiwani as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby. Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES Ward No. 01 :- From the confluence of the northern boundary of the municipality on Bhiwani Road, going south from the house of BEO Vijay Prabhav at Chowk No. 7, passing through Manjeet Rajo Devi Ved Prakash's house till Chaudhary Bahadur Singh's Dharamshala, then Sumer's house at Chowk No. 7 From Mukesh and Prakash's house and going through Ravidas Mandir to railway gate via JK Battery Shop Pilani Road, then along the western boundary to the junction of the western boundary of the railway line, going north to the junction of the northern boundary with Bhiwani Road. till which is the starting point Ward No. 02 :- Starting from the point where Bhiwani Road meets the northern boundary of the municipality Loharu and along the northern boundary of the municipality where the northern boundary of the municipality intersects with Jhupa Road and then proceed south along Jhupa Road Up to the confluence of Dadri Road, it continues west on Dadri Road till Siddhivinayak Dharma Kante and till the house of Bhup Singh, then from Shani Dev Mandir, passing through the house of Shri Bhagwan Sharma, till the house of Rajesh Omprakash, then from behind the police station. via primary school up to Omprakash's house and from Chaudhary Ramnarayan's well in front of polytechnic to Chandkaur's shop via Bhiwani Road starting point where the confluence of the northern boundary of municipality Loharu which is the starting point. Ward No. 03 :- Starting from the point where Siddhivinayak Dharma Kanta on Dadri Road continues eastwards along Dadri Road up to the confluence of Jhupa Road and then on Jhupa Road passing Mangeram's house up to Valmiki Mandir and Virendra Saini's house From Banarsidas Pandit's house to Pahlad's house and Girdhari tailor's house to Suresh Khemka's plot, then from Khaitan Moonga Ram Trust to Jugal Khaitan and Chhatra Singh's house and Maturam Jai Singh Rajesh Contractor's house. Ward No. 04 :- Starting from the point at which Jhupa Road meets the northern boundary of the municipality and then along the northern boundary of the municipality to the junction with the eastern boundary, then along the eastern boundary via Shamshan Ghat Road up to the house of Om Prakash and From Nathuram's house via Sonu Satbir's house to Rajveer's shop, then from Ranbir's house via Chandgi Master Jagdish Manohar's house to Valmiki Chowk via Jhupa Road up to the confluence of the northern boundary of the municipality which is the starting point. Ward No. 05 :- Starting from the point where the eastern boundary of the Municipality meets the cremation ground road and continuing along the eastern boundary towards the southern boundary to the junction of Old Fartiya Road and then going west on Old Fartiya Road Harpal From Pradhan's house to Mata Chowk, then from Rajkumar's house, Rampal Rajendra Suresh's house to Sushil's shop and Daulat Ram Imarti Jai Singh's house to Nathu Ram Arjun and Mehboob Khan's house and cremation ground road. to the confluence with the eastern boundary of the municipality which is the starting point2258 HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) Ward No. 06 :- Starting from the point where the confluence of the old Fartiya Road with the eastern municipal boundary, then going south along the municipal boundary till the confluence of the Fartiya Road, going through the forest, till the house of Subhash and From Suresh's house via Bansi's house to Ram Bhagat's house and from Suresh's house via Raju's house to Billu Fartiya's house and from Jagdish postman's house via Raju Sikligar's house to Sameer Saini's shop and then Sitaram Punjabi From the shop of Om Prakash to the eastern boundary of the municipality on Old Fartiya Road which is the starting point Ward No. 07 :- Starting from Parshuram Chowk, passing through Old Bazar Road, Gopal Tayal's shop, passing through Gopi Nai's house, till Bajrang Heer's plot, and from Dharmendra's house, passing through Tarachand's house, till Chandrabhan's house, then from Vinod's house, passing through Uday Bhan's house, along with Civil Hospital, passing through Ram Singh Saini's house till Parshuram Chowk, which is the starting point. Ward No. 08 :- On the way to Janglat from Ramesh's house which is the starting point, going towards Fartia Road till the confluence of Fartia Road, then going west on Fartia Road to the boosting station, Singla Hospital, till Arya Samaj Mandir and from Dharamveer Shastri's plot, going through Balbir Contractor's shop, till Hariram's house, and from Bhagoti's house, going through Ram Vilas' house, from Dilbagh's house to Ramesh's house on the way to Janglat, which is the starting point. Ward No. 09 :- Going east from the shop of Umesh Garg situated at the north west corner of Anaj Mandi, going through the gate of Anaj Mandi till Fartiya Chowk, then going east on Fartiya Road, passing the house of Sheeshram Mechu, going east on Fartiya Road up to the confluence with the eastern boundary of the Municipality, then along the eastern boundary going south along the railway line, then going west along the railway line till Suresh's shop situated at the south western corner of Anaj Mandi, then north Heading towards Umesh Garg's shop located at Kaun Hai North West of Anaj Mandi which is the starting point Ward No. 10 :- Starting from the point where the railway line joins with the eastern boundary of the municipality Loharu running south along the eastern boundary of the municipality to the southern boundary and then running west along the southern boundary to the junction of Surajgarh Road and going north on Surajgarh Road from Shri Ram's house to Bansi's house to Ishwar Jangra's house and then going east along railway line till confluence with eastern boundary of municipality which is the starting point. But Ward No. 11 :- From Badri's house situated on Surajgarh road going southwards till the confluence of the southern boundary of the municipality then along the south boundary going westwards till the western boundary of the municipality and from the south west boundary of the municipality going northwards till the confluence of the railway line along with the railway line going eastwards till Azad's house then from Azad's house passing through Vijay's house till Badri's house situated on Surajgarh road which is the starting point Ward No. 12 :- From Balwan's shop at Devi Lal Chowk via PNB Bank, from Kila Maidan Swran Jayanti Park to Bhagat Singh Chowk, southward from Surendra's shop at Fartiya Chowk, via Amit Dalmiya's house, to Sanjay Saini's house, and on Surajgarh Road, from Suresh Chandra's shop, from Ramprakash's former councillor's house, from Chiranji Punjabi Service Station to Balwan's shop at Devi Lal Chowk, which is the starting point. Ward No. 13 :- From water tank via Parshuram Chowk, from Dwarka's house via Ramswaroop Meena's house, from Gyan Kunj School to Arya Samaj Wali Gali, then to Sangam of Fartiya Road, then via Bhagat Singh Chowk to water tank which is the starting point. Ward No. 14 :- From the shop of Atar Singh located at Chungi No. 7, from behind the primary school police station, passing through the house of Vishnu Bhim Singh Vijay Sharma, Manohar Lal, till the shop of Darshan Lal, then passing through Parshuram Chowk, Dum Kora House, Ramlila Maidan, Devi Lal Chowk, Devi Lal Chowk From Shri Shyam Mobile Point in Dalal Market going to Pilani Road to Ravidas Mandir Boosting Station via Munshi Ram's house then from Dilip's house via Pratap Master Mahavir Radheshyam's house to Atar Singh's shop which is the starting point.
