संख्या 9/55/2023-4क2 .- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगर पालिका, सिवानी, जिला भिवानी के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, भिवानी के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं० 01 :- गुरेरा रोड नगरपालिका की सीमा दक्षिण पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-2 उतर दिषा की आरे चलते हुए हिसार राजगढ़ रोड पर रेलवे फाटक क्रोंसिग तक, रेलवे फाटक से रेलवे लाईन के साथ-2 दक्षिण पष्चिमी दिषा की आरे चलते हुए गोबिन्द के गोदाम तक, उक्त गोदाम से दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मण्डी के बीच वाले गेट से मण्डी रोड पर चलते हुए हिसार-राजगढ रोड के संगम तक, उक्त रोड पर राजगढ की आरे चलते हुए गुरेरा मोड के सगंम तक उक्त संगम से गुरेरा की तरफ पर रेलवे फाटक को पार करते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 02 :- रमेष पंसारी के घर से आरम्भ होकर जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है, से रेलवे लाईन के साथ-2 उतर पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए रेलवे स्टेषन व पूर्व पार्षद गिरदावरी के मकान के साथ होते हुए हिसार रोड रेलवे फाटक के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-2 दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए हिसार रोड रेलवे फाटक के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-2 दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा व रूपाणा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रूपाणा रोड पर पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए हिसार-राजगढ रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से राजगढ की ओर चलते हुए मण्डी रोड (अमित फैषन जोन) के संगम तक, उक्त रोड पर अनाज मण्डी को पार करते हुए रमेष पंसारी के मकान तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 03 :- सिवानी मैन बाजार सब्जी वाली गली महेषी हलवाई की दुकान से उतर की तरफ शर्मा चिड़ोद वाले की कोर्ट के सामने की दुकान से पूर्व की तरफ रूपाणा रोड से दक्षिण पूर्व हरबाई देवी प्राथमिक विद्यालय से फिर पूर्व की ओर अम्बेडकर पार्क तक, फिर संजय राणा पूर्व एम0सी0 के घर तक की गली फिर एस0सी0 धर्मषाला से दक्षिण पूर्व से उपरी गली सुभाष पत्रकार के घर के सामने से सुनहरी पार्क के साथ चलते हुए प्रेम सेठ के घर से सीधे नीचे ढलान पष्चिम की तरफ आते हुए पीपल चौक से दक्षिण की तरफ माधो सिंह पटवारी के तक, उक्त बिन्दु से पष्चिम में कृष्ण पटवारी के मकान के

वार्ड नं० 04 :- रूपाणा रोड पर शनि देव मन्दिर के संगम से आरंभ होकर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए केडिया भवन के कोने तक उक्त स्थान से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए सतपाल जाट का घर, उक्त स्थान से चलते हुए डा0 महाबीर पूनिया के घर तक, उक्त स्थान से उत्तर पष्चिम की ओर बुद्धराम के मकान तक, उक्त स्थान से अम्बेडकर पार्क के साथ-साथ चलते हुए सोनू के मकान तक, उक्त स्थान से शनि देव मंदिर के संगम तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 05 :- रूपाणा रोड होली पब्लिक स्कुल से आरम्भ करके दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए धर्मपाल जाट के मकान से होते हुए महेन्द्र के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए एस0सी0 धर्मषाला के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए राम सिंह जाट के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए भुपसिंह के मकान के संगम तक उक्त संगम से उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए सुरेष गाबा के मकान तक उक्त मकान से पहले पष्चिम और उसके बाद उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बीरूराम के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पहले पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए रामफल के मकान के संगम तक उक्त संगम से उत्तर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए मुंषीराम के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए अनुप मास्टर के प्लाट तक, उक्त प्लाट से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा तक, उक्त सीमा के साथ-2 उतर की ओर चलते हुए रूपाणा रोड के संगम तक उक्त संगम से पष्चिम की ओर रूपाणा रोड के साथ-साथ पुराना होली स्कुल के कोने तक जो कि प्रारंभिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 06 :- तोषाम रोड नगरपालिका दक्षिण सीमा से आरम्भ होकर उतर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए दलबीर सिहं के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पंिष्चम की ओर चलते हुए रमेष चन्द के मकान तक, उक्त संगम से उतर पष्चिम उतर की ओर चलते हुए सुरेष कुमार के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए रामप्रसाद के मकान तक, फिर उतर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए मुन्षी राम के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए जिलेसिंह के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर सीमा के साथ-2 तोषाम रोड नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 07 ः- पुराना वाटर वक्र्स के दक्षिणी कोने से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए रोषन अग्रोहिया के मकान से होते हुए गौउषाला के पिछली तरफ रमेष चौहान के प्लाट के बाहर से उतर पष्चिम की ओर घूमते हुए प्रताप सांगवान के घर से होते हुए आजाद के प्लाट तक, उक्त बिन्दु से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए कमला पत्नी श्री पृथ्वी के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दु से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए सुन्दर सदन के आगे से होते हुए सेठ बलूराम धर्मषाला को पार करते हुए निहाल सिहं सागवान के घर के आगे से पुराना वार्टर वक्र्स तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 08 :- बी0डी0पी0ओ0 ऑफिस के कोने से दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए पतराम शर्मा के घर से होते हुए पुराना वाटर स्पलाई के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उतर की ओर चलते हुए रामकुमार के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उतर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बजंरग दास के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से चलते हुए उतर पष्चिम की ओर सुरेष गाबा के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उतर की आरे चलते हुए साधुराम के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उतर पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए धर्मपाल के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण की ओर राधा कृष्ण मंदिर के संगम तक, उक्त बिन्दु से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बारू राम सोनी के मकान के कोने से होते हुए दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए औमप्रकाष पंजाबी के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बी0डी0पी0ओ0 ऑफिस के कोने तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 09 :- पंजाबी धर्मषाला के दक्षिण कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर सुभाष चावला के घर से होते हुए मास्टर रामकुमार फुलवषी के घर से होते हुए पवन डिपो वाले की दुकान तक, उक्त बिन्दु से उतर दिषा की ओर अमित उर्फ मितू के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दू से उतर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर अजित बंसल के मकान होते हुए जग्गी साईकल वाले के घर तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर मास्टर जगन्नाथ के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दू से पष्चिम दिषा में भोला खतरी के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दू से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए मांगे लाल खतरी के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दू से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पंजाबी धर्मषाला तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 10 :- पशु अस्पताल के मेन गेट से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए मेवा सिंह पटवारी के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बारूराम सोनी के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण की ओर दुर्गा मन्दिर के पास से होते हुए रामकिषन के पुराने मकान से होते हुए मंगतू सेठ के मकान से होते हुए दक्षिण पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बलराम सेवलिया के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए आन्नद सोनी के मकान के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पषु हस्पताल के मेन गेट तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 11 :- तोषाम रोड से गुरूकृपा इन्डस्ट्रीज से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की और चलते हुए हरिराम मोची के मकान के आगे से चलते हुए जंगबहादुर मिस्त्री के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दु से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मास्टर किश्षोरी लाल के मकान से आगे बढ़ते हुए बाल्मिकी चौपाल तक, उक्त बिन्दु से आगे हरदेवा अगा्रेहिया के घर तक, उक्त बिन्दु से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सूबे सिहं ढाडा के घर से बी0डी0पी0ओ0 कार्यालय के कोने तक, उक्त बिन्दु से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए रामदेव मन्दिर के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए सुरेन्द्र सरदार तक, उक्त बिन्दु से गुरूकृपा इन्डस्ट्रीज तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), AUG. 11, 2023 (SRVN. 20, 1945 SAKA) 2261 वार्ड नं० 12 :- तोषाम रोड पर बीरबल दास लक्ष्मीनारायण दुकानों से होते हुए उतर दिषा की आरे चलते वाल्मिकी धर्मषाला के सामने से होते हुये सेठ रामचन्द्र के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से नन्दराम के मकान तक , उक्त मकान से दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये अम्बेडकर भवन के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये तोषाम रोड गउषाला के सामने से होते हुए दक्षिण पष्चिम दिषा की ओर नगरपालिका सीमा के लोहारू रोड तक उक्त बिन्दू से उतर दिषा में लोहारू चौक तक कुलर की फैक्ट्री से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बीरबल दास लक्ष्मीनारायण तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 13 :- तोषाम रोड स्वास्तिक मैडिकल हॉल से उतर की ओर चलते हुए मास्टर रणबीर के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बलवान आरा मषीन तक, उक्त मषीन से उतर की तरफ पशु हस्पताल से पूर्व की ओर फिर दक्षिण की ओर घूमते हुए थाना रोड गौस्वामी के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए कन्या वरिष्ठ माधयमिक विद्यालय के कोने तक, उक्त बिन्दू से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर साधू राम की दुकान से होते हुए पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए तोषाम रोड पर गुरू कृपा इन्डस्ट्री तक उक्त बिन्दू से पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए लोहारू मोड तक, उक्त बिन्दू से दक्षिण पूर्व की ओर लोहारू रोड पर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा तक के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम की ओर सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए गालड वाले के सामने सीमा तक उक्त बिन्दु से उतर की ओर चलते हुए अनुप के मकान से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बलवन्त षीष राम के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उतर की ओर तोशाम रोड के संगम तक, उक्त बिन्दु से पष्चिम की ओर तोषाम रोड के साथ-2 स्वास्तिक मैडिकल हॉल तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 14 :- हिसार राजगढ रोड पर एम0आर0एफ टायर की दुकान से ज्ञानी लिफ्ट पम्प की दुकान के सामने से पूर्व दिषा में नगरपालिका कि सीमा से होते हुए राजेरा निवास के सामने से होते हुए उत्तर की तरफ नगरपालिका सीमा से होते हुए गालड़ वालो की ढानी से होते हुए उतर की ओर अनूप के मकान तक, उक्त बिन्दू से पष्चिम की ओर बलवन्त/षीष राम के मकान के सामने तक, उक्त बिन्दु से उतर की ओर तोषाम रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम की और जगदीष प्रसाद की दुकान तक, उक्त दुकान से दक्षिण की ओर चौधरी इन्जिनियरिंग वक्र्स से होते हुए किसान भवन के सामने से होते हुए वीर ट्रैडिंग कम्पनी से पष्चिम दिषा मे हिसार राजगढ रोड पर एम0आर0एफ टायर की दुकान तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं० 15 :- हिसार राजगढ रोड पर चोपडा मोबाईल गैलरी से पूर्व दिषा में सब्जी वाली गली में चलते हुए अषोक चूडी भण्डार के सामने से दक्षिण में पशु हस्पताल के पिछे से बालाजी मोटर वाईडिंग से पष्चिम की तरफ थाना रोड चलते हुए ओम दातों का हस्पताल तक उक्त स्थान से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए स्वासितक मेडिकोज के सामने से किसान भवन होते हुए वीर ट्रैडिंग कम्पनी तक उक्त स्थान से पष्चिम की तरफ चलते हुए एम0आर0एफ टायर की दुकान से उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए हिसार राजगढ रोड पर चौपडा मोबाईल गैलरी तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं० 16 :- नगरपालिका सीमा की दक्षिण पष्चिमी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर नगरपालिका सीमा उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए गुरेरा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त रोड पर हिसार-राजगढ रोड की ओर चलते हुए मार्किट कमेटी विश्राम गृह और रेलवे फाटक को पार करते हुए खुषबू ब्यूटी पार्लर (पवन छपारिया) हिसार -राजगढ़ रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण दिषा राजगढ की ओर चलते हुए चन्दुलाल मिस्त्री की दुकान के आगे से चलते हुए केनरा बैंक के आगे से होते हुए ज्ञानी लिफ्ट पम्प नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर रेलवे लाईन को पार करते हुए जगदीष देहडू मकान से होते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा के दक्षिण पष्चिमी कोने तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 9/55/2023-4C2.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Siwani, District Bhiwani as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-

Ward No. 01 :- Starting point is the South-West Corner of the M.C. boundary at Village Gurera Road, from this point along with M.C. Boundary towards Northern side upto Railway crossing on Hisar Rajgarh Road, then along with the Railway line towards south-western side upto the Godawn of Sh. Govind and then towards east-southern side crossing the center Gate of Mandi along with the Mandi Road upto Hisar- Rajgarh Road, then going towards Rajgarh on Hisar Rajgarh Road upto Gurera Road and then along with Gurera Road, across the Railway line upto the M.C. boundary, which is the starting point.
Ward No. 02 :- Starting point from the H/o Sh.Ramesh Pansari, along with Railway line towards North- Eastern side upto Hisar Road Railway Crossing then along with M.C. Boundary towards East-Southern side upto village Rupana Road, then along with Rupana Road to Hisar–Rajgarh Road and then along with Rajgarh Road towards Rajgarh upto Mandi Road (Hare Krishana Variety Store) and then along with this Road across the Mandi upto the H/o Sh. Ramesh Pansari, Which is the Starting point.
Ward No. 03 :- Siwani Main Bazar Sabzi Wali Street Maheshi Halwai shop on the north side to Sharma Chidod Wale's shop in front of the Court on the east side from Rupana Road to Harbai Devi Primary School on the east side then to Ambedkar Park then on the east side to Sanjay Rana's former MC 's house then on the street from SC Dharamshala to the upper street from front of Subhash Journalist's house, straight down from Prem Seth's house walking along Sunehri Park Slope coming westwards from Peepal Chowk to Madho Singh Patwari in the south, from the said point in the west in front of Krishna Patwari's house, in the south along Jwala Prasad Dharamshala, in front of Punjabi Dharamshala going to sabi wali gali to till the T-Point of Maheshi Halwai. which is the starting point.
Ward No. 04 :- Starting from corner of Shani Dev Mandir street at Rupana Road , along with Rupana Road towards Ruapan upto the H/o Hanuman kediya , then towards western south side upto the H/o Dr. Mahavir , then towards northern west side upto the H/o Ved Parkash, then towards western side across the Ambedkar park upto the Rupana Road , which is the Starting Point.
Ward No. 05 :- Rupana Road starting from Holy Public School, moving towards the south, passing through Dharampal house till the T-Point of Mahendra's house, moving west from the said T-Point to the T-Point of SC Dharamshala's house, the said From the said T-Point running towards south east till the T-Point of Ram Singh Jat's house, from the said T-Point running towards south east till the T-Point of Bhup Singh's house, from the said T-Point running towards north till Suresh Gaba's house west before the said house and then moving towards north till the house of Biruram moving towards the west before the said house moving towards the T-Point with the house of Ramphal moving towards north east from the said T-Point towards the house of Munshi ram moving towards the south from the said house to Anup Master plot, from the said plot running eastwards to the municipal limits, running along the said limits northwards to the T-Point of Rupana Road, from the said T-Point westwards along Rupana Road to the corner of Old Holy School Which is the starting point.
Ward No. 06 :- Tosham Road, starting from the municipal south boundary, moving in the north-west direction till the house of Dalbir Singh, moving from the said house towards the west till the house of Ramesh Chand, from the said T- Point in the north-west direction. Moving up to the house of Suresh Kumar, from the said house moving towards west till the house of Ramprasad, then moving towards north east till the house of Munshi Ram, moving towards the south from the said house till the house of Jile Singh, from the said house Proceeding eastwards to the junction with the municipal limits, from the said junction in a southerly direction along the boundary Tosham Road to the junction with the municipal limits which is the starting point.
Ward No. 07 :- From the southern corner of old water works, moving eastward, passing Roshan Agrohiya's house, on the backside of Gaushala, moving north-west from outside Ramesh Chauhan's plot, passing through Pratap Sangwan's house, till Azad plot, moving west from the above point to the house of Kamla's wife Shri Prithvi, moving south from the above point, passing in front of Sunder Sadan, crossing Seth Baluram Dharamshala, from the front of the house Nihal Singh Sagwan to the old Warter Works which is the starting point.
Ward No. 08 :- From the corner of BDPO office, moving towards south-east, passing through Patram Sharma's house till the T-point of old water supply, moving north from the said T-point to Ramkumar's house, from the said house, north-east direction. Point of Ramdev Mandir from the T.Point moving in Southern Direction till the H/o Surender Sardar and moving towards the starting point Gurukripa industries.
Ward No. 12 :- On Tosham Road, passing Birbal Das Lakshminarayan shops, walking in the north direction, passing in front of Valmiki Dharamshala, till the house of Seth Ramchandra, from the said house till the house of Nandram, from the said house walking in the south-east direction till the corner of Ambedkar Bhawan, From the said corner moving in south direction, passing through Tosham Road in front of Gaushala, in south west direction till Loharu road of municipal limits, from said point in north direction till Loharu Chowk, from Kular factory in west direction till Birbal Das Lakshminarayan which That's the starting point.
Ward No. 13 :- Tosham Road from Swastik Medical Hall towards the north till the house of Master Ranbir, from the said house towards the east till the Balwan Ara Machine, from the said machine towards the north towards the Animal Hospital. And then moving towards the south till the house of Thana Road Gauswami, moving towards the east from the said house till the corner of Senior Secondary School for Girls, moving towards the west from the said point towards the south through Sadhu Ram's shop. From the said point running towards south till Guru Kripa Industries on Tosham Road running towards east till Loharu Mode, from the said point running towards south east on Loharu Road till T-Point with municipal boundary, from said T-point towards west boundary Moving along up to the boundary in front of Galad Wale, moving north from the said point, moving west from the house of Anup, up to the house of Balwant Sheesh Ram, moving north from the said house till the T-Point of Tosham Road, the said point westwards along Tosham Road up to Swastik Medical Hall which is the starting point.
Ward No. 14 :- On Hisar Rajgarh Road from MRF Tire Shop in front of Gyani Lift Pump Shop in east direction, passing through municipal limits, in front of Rajera Niwas, northward through municipal limits, passing through Dhani of Galad Wale, northward till Anoop house, from said point westwards till opposite of Balwant/Sheesh Ram house, from said point northwards till T-Point with Tosham Road, from said T-Point towards west And up to the shop of Jagdish Prasad, from the said shop in the south side through Chaudhary Engineering Works, in front of Kisan Bhavan, from Veer Trading Company in the west direction to MRF Tire shop on Hisar Rajgarh Road. That's the starting point.
