संख्या 47/1/2017-5 पोल.- चूंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की राय है कि खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग, हरियाणा के अधीन नियोजन, सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा सुनिष्चित करने, सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था बनाए रखने और सामुदायिक प्रदायों अथवा सेवाओं को बनाए रखन के लिए आवष्यक है ;
इसलिए, अब, हरियाणा आवष्यक सेवा-अनुरक्षण अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 का 40) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (ii) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, घोषणा करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग, हरियाणा के अधीन आने वाले नियोजनों पर लागू होगा।

No. 47/1/2017-5Pol.— Whereas in the opinion of the Governor of Haryana, the employment under the Treasuery and Accounts Department Haryana are essential for securing the public safety, the maintenance of public order and for maintaining supplies or services to the community.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (ii) of Section 3 of the Haryana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1974 (40 of 1974), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares that the said Act shall apply to the employments under the Treasury and Accounts Department, Haryana.
