संख्या 9/61/2023-4क2.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, आदमपुर, जिला हिसार के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इस से प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है। इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, हिसार के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची वार्ड नं0 01 :- नगरपालिका की उतरी पष्चिमी सीमा पर फतेहबाद रोड़ से आरम्भ होकर नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ साथ पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये नगरपालिका सीमा के मोड़ तक उक्त मोड़ से सीमा के साथ साथ उतर दिषा में चलते हुये सीमा के पूर्व दिषा के मोड़ तक उक्त मोड़ से नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ साथ पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुये खैरमपुर रोड़ के संगम तक उक्त संगम से खैमरमपुर रोड़ पर रोड़ के साथ साथ शहर की तरफ चलते हुये सतनारायण किरयाणा स्टोर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये हनुमान मन्दिर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये हैफड गोदाम के कोेने पर फतेहबाद रोड़ के संगम तक, उक्त कोने से फतेहबाद रोड़ पर रोड़ के साथ साथ फतेहबाद की तरफ चलते हुये नगरपालिका की सीमा के संगम तक, जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं0 02 :- फतेहबाद रोड़ पर बिष्नोई मन्दिर के कोने से आरम्भ होकर उक्त रोड पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये पार्क के पूर्वी कोने तक उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये रामकिषन के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये झण्डु कांस्ट्रैक्षन कम्पनी के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये धर्मषाला के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पार्क के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये गंगा फर्नीचर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये श्रीराम ट्रेवलर्स के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पार्क के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नन्द लाल जिन्दल फतेहबाद रोड़ पर उक्त रोड़ पर उतर की तरफ चलते हुये बिश्नोई मन्दिर के कोने तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 03 :- फतेहबाद रोड़ पर ग्रीन बैल्ट के पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये गोयल हार्डवेयर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए भगवती देवी की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए फतेहबाद रोड़ के संगम तक, उक्त रोड़ पर उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सतीष के मकान के कोने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है। वार्ड नं0 04 :- राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बी.ओ. ऑफिस के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रेलवे रोड़ के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए विनोद मैडिकल हॉल के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 9/61/2023-4C2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Adampur, District Hisar as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Hisar from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 :- Starting point from northern-Western of MC Boundary on Fatehabad Road , along MC boundary towards eastern direction to MC Boundary Turn (Mor) from this mor along with boundary towards northern direction to the east direction boundary Mor, from this mor along with MC boundary towards east direction up to Kharmpur Road, from this point along with Road towards city up to the corner of Satnarayan Kiryana store, from this corner towards western side up to the corner of Hanuman Temple, from this corner towards southern direction up to the corner Hafed warehouse on Fatehabad Road, from this corner on the Fatehabad Road towards Fatehabad up to MC boundary which is the starting point.
