No. DST/1350.— In accordance with the provision contained in the Memorandum of Association and the Rules and Regulations of Haryana State Council for Science, Innovation and Technology, the Chairperson is pleased to re-constitute the Executive Committee as under: -

(i) The Executive Committee is a permanent body of the Council. The members at serial nos. 9 to 15 are nominated for three years in their individual capacity and the rest are ex-officio members.
(ii) The members of the Executive Committee shall draw TA/DA from their respective Departments / Organizations. The members at Sr. No. 9 to 15 may claim TA/DA from HSCSIT for attending meetings of Executive Committee and/or for any other official work of HSCSIT.
(iii) The Executive Committee should meet at least once in a year.
(iv) The quorum of the meeting is fixed at one-third of the total membership of Executive Committee.
(v) The headquarters of the Committee shall be at Panchkula.
