संख्या एच.पी.पी.ए.-1/10/21-04.— हरियाणा परिवार पहचान अधिनियम 2021 (2021 का अधिनियम संख्या 20) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा परिवार पहचान प्राधिकरण राज्य सरकार के अनुमोदन से इसके द्वारा अधिसूचित अधिसूचना संख्या एच.पी.पी.ए.-1/10/21-04 दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन किया जाता है, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
(ए) अनुसूची के भाग-1 में, क्रम संख्या 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ डाली जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-

No. HPPA-1/10-21-04.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (20 of 2021), the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority with the approval of the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority notification No. HPPA- 1/10-21-04, dated 16th March, 2022, namely :-
In the said notification,-
(a) In PART-I of the Schedule, after serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
