संख्या 1465-ए०आर०एस०-1-2023/5636.— हरियाणा जोत (चकबन्दी तथा खण्डकरण रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का पूर्वी पंजाब अधिनियम 50) की धारा 41 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, चकबन्दी विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 166-एआरएस -1-2010/436, दिनांक 15 जनवरी, 2010 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में सभी उपायुक्तों को अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिता के भीतर पड़ने वाली सम्पदाओं के सम्बन्ध में उक्त अधिनियम के प्रषासन के लिए नियुक्त करते हैं और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 42 के अधीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रयोग की जाने वाली शक्तियों को उन्हें प्रत्यायोजित करते हैं।

Notification

No. 1465-ARS-1-2023/5636.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Haryana Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948 (East Punjab Act 50 of 1948) and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Consolidation Department, notification No.166-ARS-1-2010/436, dated the 15th January, 2010, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints all the Deputy Commissioners in the State of Haryana in respect of the estates falling in their respective jurisdiction for the administration of the said Act and delegates to them the powers exercisable by the State Government under section 42 of the said Act.
