संख्या 1466-ए०आर०एस०-1-2023/5639.— हरियाणा जोत (चकबन्दी तथा खण्डकरण रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का पूर्वी पंजाब अधिनियम 50) की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (7) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, चकबन्दी विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 520-एआरएस -1-2011/2287, दिनांक 08 मार्च, 2011 के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में सभी अतिरिक्त उपायुक्तों को अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिता के क्षेत्र के भीतर सहायक निदेषक चकबन्दी के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (4) के अधीन प्रयोग की जाने वाली शक्तियां उन्हें प्रत्यायोजित करते हैं।

No. 1466-ARS-1-2023/5639.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 21 of the Haryana Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948 (East Punjab Act 50 of 1948) and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Consolidation Department, notification No. 520-ARS-1-2011/2287, dated the 8th March, 2011, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints all the Additional Deputy Commissioners in the State of Haryana as Assistant Director of Consolidation within the area of their jurisdiction and delegates to them the powers exercisable under sub-section (4) of section 21 of the said Act.
