संख्या 19/45/2023-6क1.-हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1994 के नियम 9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगर निगम, गुरूग्राम,जिला गुरूग्राम के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं० 01 ः- बिन्दु (28.514 77.0931) जो दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 पर स्थित है तत्पष्चात पूर्व-दक्षिण की ओर दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा के साथ गांव नाथुपुर की राजस्व सीमा के उत्तरी सिरे पर बिन्दु (28.4959 77.1211) तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण की ओर गांव नाथुपुर की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा के साथ व गाँव सिकंदरपुर घोसी की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा के किनारे अरावली हिल्स सिकंदरपुर घोसी बिन्दु (28.4711, 77.1136) तक जो सिकंदरपुर घोसी की राजस्व सीमा के दक्षिण-पूर्व कोने पर मिलता है, तत्पष्चात उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए डी0 एल0 एफ0 फेस-1 ब्लॉक जी की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ सिल्वर ओक अपार्टमेंट की उत्तर-पश्चिमी सीमा व लेन-जी 17 तक, तत्पष्चात कुसुम मार्ग से दक्षिण की ओर बढ़ते हुए, कुतुब प्लाजा के सामने बिन्दु (28.4725 77.1028) तक जोकि गुरुग्राम-फ़रीदाबाद रोड पर स्थित है तत्पष्चात पष्चिम मे गुरुग्राम-फ़रीदाबाद रोड के साथ बिन्दु (28.4787, 77.094) तक जहाँ राघवेंद्र मार्ग (गोल्फ कोर्स रोड) और गुरुग्राम-फ़रीदाबाद रोड चौराहे पर प्रतिछेदित होता है तत्पष्चात राघवेंद्र मार्ग पर उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर आगे बढ़ते हुए रैपिड मेट्रो स्टेशन सिकंदरपुर घोसी बिन्दु( 28.4816, 77.0944) तक, तत्पष्चातएमजी रोड पर उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दुु (28.4806, 77.0893) तक, तत्पष्चात ब्लॉक-जे और क्यु की सीमा के साथ उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए डीएलएफ फेस-2 बिन्दु (28.4874 77.0933) तक, नजदीक रैपिड मेट्रो स्टेशन डीएलएफ फेस-2, तत्पष्चात राघवेंद्र मार्ग रोड पर उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बेल्वेडियर टावर्स की उत्तरी-पष्चिम सीमा के साथ बिन्दु (28.4919, 77.0909), तत्पष्चात राघवेंद्र मार्ग पर उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए साइबर हब के साथ शंकर चौक

(EXTRA.), AUG. 26, 2023 (BHDR. 4, 1945 SAKA) बिन्दु (28.4983 77.0889)तक, तत्पष्चात राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 के साथ उत्तर-पूर्व में नगर निगम गुरुग्राम और दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा के बिन्दु (28.514, 77.0931) जोकि प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। इस वार्ड में नाथुपुर, नाथुपुर पार्ट, डीएलएफ फेज-3, नेशनल मीडिया सेंटर, एंबियंस आइलैंड, गार्डन एस्टेट, डीएलएफ कॉर्पोरेट पार्क, गावं सिकंदरपुर घोसी, अरावली हिल्स सिकंदरपुर घोसी, ग्लोबल बिजनेस पार्क, डी.एल.एफ. फेस-2 और बेल्वेडियर टावर्स आदि के ब्लॉक-जे और क्यू शामिल हैं। वार्ड नं० 02 ः- बिन्दु 28.514 77.0931 जो दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 पर स्थित है तत्पष्चात राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-48 पर जयपुर की ओर बढ़ते हुए उस बिन्दुु तक जहां शंकर चौक (28.4983, 77.0889), तत्पष्चात राघवेंद्र मार्ग पर दक्षिण-पूर्व की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4919, 77.0909 तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बेल्वेडियर टावर्स की उत्तरी-पष्चिम सीमा के साथ बिन्दु 28.4874, 77.0933 तक नजदीक रैपिड मेट्रो स्टेशन डीएलएफ फेस-2, तत्पष्चात डीएलएफ फेस-2 के ब्लॉक-जे और क्यू की सीमा के साथ दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4806, 77.0893 तक, तत्पष्चात एमजी रोड पर दक्षिण-पूर्व दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए रैपिड मेट्रो स्टेशन सिकंदरपुर घोसी बिन्दु (28.4816, 77.0944) तक, तत्पष्चात गुरुग्राम-फरीदाबाद रोड पर दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए, जो गांव सिकंदरपुर घोसी की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा पर जुड़ता है यानी ब्रिस्टल होटल के पीछे से बिन्दु (28.4787, 77.094) तक, तत्पष्चात गाँव सिकंदरपुर घोसी की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा के साथ एक ही रेखा पर निरंतरता के साथ बढ़ते हुए और गाँव सरहोल की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा बिन्दु (28.4785 77.0809 तक, तत्पष्चात उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए एमजी रोड मेट्रो स्टेशन बिन्दु (28.4790 77.0788)तक, तत्पष्चात बेवर्ली पार्क-1 (कोंडोमिनियम कॉम्प्लेक्स) के पीछे से आगे बढ़ते हुए एम.जी. सड़क बिन्दु (28.4786, 77.0739), तत्पष्चात डेल्टा स्क्वायर बिल्डिंग के पीछे से गुजरते हुए और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 48 को पार करके बिन्दु (28.4793 77.07075) तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा मे सेक्टर 17/18 की विभाजित सडक के साथ बिन्दु (28.4891, 77.0559) तक, तत्पष्चात पुरानी दिल्ली रोड के साथ उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु(28.5112, 77.0744) जोकि हनुमान मंदिर चौक तक, फिर पश्चिम-उत्तर की ओर बढ़ते हुए गाँव डुण्डाहेडा की फ़िरनी के साथ सेक्टर-21 के पूर्वी कोने और सूर्या विहार के पश्चिमी कोने बिन्दु (28.5188, 77.0749), तत्पष्चात सूर्या विहार और दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ पूर्व की ओर बढ़ते हुए आईओसी पेट्रोल पंप के पास बिन्दु (28.5182, 77.0806) पुरानी दिल्ली रोड तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिणी-पूर्वी दिषा मे उद्योग विहार, फेस -1 और 3 की सीमा के साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए प्रारंभिक बिन्दु (28.514, 77.0931) तक। इस वार्ड में डीएलएफ साइबर हब, डीएलएफसिटी फेज-2 (पार्ट), मॉल रोड एरिया, बेवर्ली पार्क-1 (कोंडोमिनियम कॉम्प्लेक्स), गांव सरहोल, मारुति उद्योग, उद्योग विहार फेज-1 से 5, गाँव डून्डहेड़ा और सूर्या विहार आदि शामिल हैं।

वार्ड नं० 03 :- बिंदु (28.503, 77.0574) शक्ति मंदिर मोड़ से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर बिन्दु (28.5094, 77.0628) तक, तत्पष्चात पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए और फिर उत्तर की ओर बिन्दु (28.5122, 77.0613) तक जहां यह हरियाणा-दिल्ली बॉर्डर के साथ गांव कार्टरपुरी की उत्तरी राजस्व सीमा के साथ बढते हुए सेक्टर-21 के पूर्वी कोने और सूर्या विहार के पश्चिमी कोने बिन्दु(28.5188 77.0749) से मिलता है, तत्पष्चात गाँव डून्डाहेड़ा की फ़िरनी के साथ दक्षिण-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु (28.5112, 77.0744) तक हनुमान मंदिर चौक पुरानी दिल्ली रोड तक, तत्पष्चात पुरानी दिल्ली रोड के साथ दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिंदु (28.4937, 77.0598) मारुति कंपनी गेट नं. 2 जो गांव इनायतपुर की राजस्व सीमा की उत्तर-पूर्वी सीमा पर स्थित है तक, तत्पष्चात गांव इनायतपुर की उत्तरी राजस्व सीमा और पूर्व दिषा मे आगे बढते़ हुए और गांव कार्टरपुरी और गांव चोमा की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा पर बढते हुए गुड़गांव, चौमा और कार्टरपुरी गांवों के राजस्व सीमा जहां यह त्रि-जंक्शन से मिलता है बिन्दु (28.4936, 77.0316) तक, तत्पष्चात इस बिंदु से उत्तर की ओर बढ़ते हुए गौशाला रोड के साथ बिन्दु (28.5021, 77.0289) तक, जो कृष्णा चौक है, तत्पष्चात पूर्व की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु (28.5038, 77.0363) तक सर्व हरियाणा ग्रामिण बैंक के पास, तत्पष्चात उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर बढ़ते हुए कार्टरपुरी गाँव की आबादी सीमा व पालम विहार विस्तार की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ प्रारंभिक बिन्दु (28.503, 77.0574) शक्ति मंदिर मोड तक। इस वार्ड में गांव कार्टरपुरी, नोबल एन्क्लेव, गुड़गांव वन अपार्टमेंट, पालम विहार एक्स्टेंशन, गांव मोलाहेडा, सेक्टर -22 पॉकेट-ए, सेक्टर -22 पॉकेट बी, चिप्पी कॉलोनी और सेक्टर-21 आदि शामिल हैं।

वार्ड नं० 04 :-बिन्दु 28.5254, 77.0417 से शुरू होकर जो राज्य की सीमाओं पर दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम को जोड़ने वाली रेलवे लाइन के साथ स्थित है, तत्पष्चात गावं चौमा और कार्टरपुरी के राजस्व सीमा व दिल्ली-हरियाणा सीमा के साथ पूर्व की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु (28.5122, 77.0613) तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पूर्व दिषा के साथ बिन्दु (28.509475, 77.062816) तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए श्री शक्ति मंदिर मार्ग के साथ बिन्दु (28.503, 77.0574) तक जहां यह मेजर सुशील एमा मार्ग को काटता है, और तत्पष्चात पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए पालम विहार विस्तार की उत्तरी सीमा और गांव कार्टरपुरी की आबादी सीमा के साथ बिन्दु (28.5038, 77.0363) तक है, सर्व हरियाणा ग्रामीण बैंक के पास, तत्पष्चात पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु (28.5021, 77.0289) तक, जो —ष्णा चौक है, तत्पष्चात रेजांगला रोड के साथ दक्षिण की तरफ बढ़ते हुए बिन्दुु (28.4936, 77.020) तक है जो कि गांव गुड़गांव की राजस्व सीमा के साथ रेजांगला रोड प्रतिच्छेद होता है, तत्पष्चात इस सीमा के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु (28.4952, 77.01620) तक, तत्पष्चात रेलवे लाइन पर उत्तर-पूर्व में रेलवे लाइन के साथ दिल्ली की ओर बढते़ हुए प्रारंभिक बिन्दु (28.5254, 77.0417) तक। इस वार्ड में सेक्टर-23, पालम विहार सेक्टर- 1, 2, 3 और गांव चोमा खेड़ा, सेक्टर -23 ए आदि शामिल हैं।

वार्ड नं० 05 ः- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु 28.5254, 77.0417 जो दिल्ली और गुरुग्राम को जोड़ने वाली रेलवे लाइन पर स्थित है, तत्पष्चात रेलवे लाइन के साथ दक्षिण की ओर आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4952, 77.01620 तक, तत्पष्चात सराय अलावार्दी औरHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUG. 26, 2023 (BHDR. 4, 1945 SAKA) 2651 पवाला खुसरुपुर गांवों की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा के बिन्दु 28.4978, 77.0052 तक, जोकि उत्तरी पेरिफेरल रोड (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे) पर स्थित है, तत्पष्चात उत्तरी पेरिफेरल रोड (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे ) के साथ उत्तर की ओर बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.5123, 77.0179 तक, जोकि सेक्टर-109/112 विभाजित सड़क द्वारा प्रतिच्छेद करते हुए, तत्पष्चात पश्चिम की ओर बढ़ते हुए विभाजन सड़क सेक्टर-109/112 के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 28.5174, 77.013 तक, जहां यह दिल्ली-हरियाणा राज्य सीमा से मिलती है, तत्पष्चात दिल्ली-हरियाणा राज्य सीमा के साथ उत्तरी-पूर्वी दिषा में आगे बढ़ते हुए जोकि गाँव बजघेड़ा की उत्तरी सीमा पर जाकर मिलती है और उत्तर-पूर्वी गॉव बजघेड़ा और चोमा की राजस्व सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु 28.5254, 77.0417 तक। इस वार्ड में सेक्टर-109, सेक्टर-110, सेक्टर-110ए, सेक्टर-111, सेक्टर-112, सेक्टर-113, सेक्टर-114, सेक्टर-115, न्यू पालम विहार फेज-1, 2, 3, निहाल कॉलोनी, गाँव सराय अल्लावर्दी और गाँव बजघेड़ा आदि शामिल हैं।

वार्ड नं० 06 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु 28.5174, 77.013 जोकि दिल्ली-हरियाणा राज्य सीमा पर मिलता है जोकि सेक्टर 109/112 के विभाजित सड़क पर स्थित है, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पूर्वी दिषा में 109/112 के विभाजित सड़क के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए उत्तरी परिधीय सड़क (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे) के बिन्दु (28.5123, 77.0179 ) तक तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में उत्तरी परिधीय सड़क (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे) के साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4978, 77.0052 तक, तत्पष्चात गाँव दौलताबाद की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा की ओर बढ़ते हुए, उत्तरी परिधीय सड़क (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे), जहॉ ग्राम धनकोट की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा को उत्तरी परिधीय सड़क (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे) को अनुच्छेद करती है, बिन्दु (28.4523, 76.961) जोकि सैक्टर-99/99 ऐ के विभाजित रोड़ पर मिलता है, तत्पष्चात उत्तरी दिषा में बढ़ते हुए फरुखनगर-गुरुग्राम-झज्जर रोड बिन्दु (28.4723, 76.9497) पर पहुॅचकर, तत्पष्चात इस रोड़ पर पष्चिम दिषा में आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु जोकि ग्राम धनकोट की पश्चिमी राजस्व सीमा पर मिलता है, तत्पष्चात गाँव धनकोट की राजस्व सीमा के साथ, दिल्ली -हरियाणा राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ और गाँव धनकोट, खेड़की माजरा, दौलताबाद और धर्मपुर की पष्चिमी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ गाँव धर्मपुर की उत्तरी और पूर्वी की राजस्व सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दु (28.5212, 76.9785) तक, तत्पष्चात गाँव बाबूपुर की उत्तर-पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा पर, दिल्ली-हरियाणा राज्य सीमा के साथ जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 28.5174, 77.013 पर मिलती है। इस वार्ड में सेक्टर-102, सेक्टर-102ए, सेक्टर-103, सेक्टर-106, सेक्टर-107, सेक्टर-108, सेक्टर-109, गांव दौलताबाद, गांव पवालाखुसरपुर, गांव खेड़की माजरा, गांव मोहम्मदहेड़ी, गांव धनकोट, गाँव बाबूपुर और गाँव धर्मपुर आदि शामिल है।

वार्ड नं० 07 ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 28.4830, 77.0056 सूरत नगर फेस-1 की दक्षिणी सीमा से शुरू होकर रेलवे लाईन के साथ गुरुग्राम की ओर बढते हुए बिन्दु 28.4674, 76.9882 ड्रोनकुंज सीजीएचएस अपार्टमेंट तक, तत्पष्चात सेक्टर-9 और 9-बी की विभाजन सड़क के साथ-साथ दक्षिणी-पूर्वी दिषा की ओर बढ़ते हुए के बिन्दु 28.4575, 76.9904 तक, तत्पष्चात पष्चिम दिषा में गुरुग्राम-फर्रुखनगर रोड़ पर आगे बढ़ते हुए जोकि गाँव बसई की फ़िरनी के बिन्दु (28.4577, 76.9848) पर मिलता है, तत्पष्चात बसई एन्क्लेव-पार्ट-1 और 2 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर आगे बढते हुए और कादीपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के बिंदु 28.446, 76.9917 तक, जहां गुरुग्राम-पटौदी रोड़ से मिलता है, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पष्चिम दिषा में पटौदी रोड़ पर आगे बढते हुए बिन्दु 28.4427, 76.9847 तक, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण-पूर्वी दिषा में आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4347, 76.9919 तक सरस्वती एन्क्लेव की सीमा के साथ, तत्पष्चात दक्षिण दिषा में बादषाहपुर ड्रेन के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए, पष्चिम और उत्तर पष्चिमी दिषा में गॉव गाड़ोलीखुर्द कीे फ़िरनी के साथ। तत्पष्चात दक्षिणी-पश्चिमी दिषा में पटौदी रोड के साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4385, 76.976 तक, जोकि पटौदी-गुरुग्राम रोड और उत्तरी परिधि रोड़ प्रतिच्छेद करता है, तत्पष्चात उत्तर दिषा में उत्तरी परिधि रोड़ के साथ जोकि गॉव धनकोट की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा उत्तरी पेरिफेरल रोड (द्वारका एक्सप्रेसवे) के बिन्दु (28.4523, 76.961) को काटती है जहां यह सेक्टर-99/99ए विभाजन सड़क से जुड़ता है, तत्पष्चात्‌ उत्तरी पेरिफेरल रोड़ के साथ उत्तर दिषा में आगे बढ़ते हुए, तत्पष्चात गॉव धनवापुर की उत्तरी राजस्व सीमा के साथ पूर्वी दिषा में आगे बढते हुए बिन्दु 28.4857, 76.9921 तक, जोकि धनवापुर-बजघेड़ा रोड पर स्थित है, तत्पष्चात पूर्वी दिषा में धनवापुर-बजघेड़ा रोड़ के साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए बिन्दु 28.4634, 77.9986 तक, तत्पष्चात सूरत नगर फेस-1 की दक्षिणी सीमा पर आगे बढ़ते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु 28.4830, 77.0056 तक इस वार्ड में सूरत नगर फेस-2, राम विहार, गाँव धनवपुर, गाँव बसई, गाँव गडौलीखुर्द, गाँव गड़ोली कलां, सेक्टर -9 बी, सेक्टर -37 बी, सेक्टर -37 सी, सेक्टर -37 डी, सेक्टर -100, 101, 104 आदि शामिल हैं।
