संख्या 9/82/2023-4क2.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, फर्रूखनगर, जिला गुरूग्राम के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इस से प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं० 01 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4746-76.8042 जहां नगरपालिका की उतर-पूर्व सीमा आरम्भ होती है से उतर दिषा में सीमा के साथ चलते गउषाला फर्रूखनगर तक इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की और चलते हुए सुनीता के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिमी दिषा में मिनी बाई-पास पर चलते हुए खेम के मकान से होते हुए षैल फार्म रोड़़ पर चलते हुए उस स्थान तक नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा जोकि बिन्दू नं० अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4522-76.7997 है। उसके बाद नगरपालिका की पष्चिम व उतर सीमा के साथ जाते हुए जहां उतरी-पूर्वी सीमा तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू अक्षांष- देषान्तर 28.4746 – 76.8042 है।
वार्ड नं० 02 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू गऊषाला से प्रारम्भ होकर नगरपालिका की पूर्व-दक्षिण सीमा तक व इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा में पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए सैनी स्कूल तक, जोकि सुल्तानपुर गुरूग्राम रोड़़ है। इसके बाद उक्त रोड़ के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए सुल्तानपुर मोड़ पर हरिष की दुकान के सामने से होते हुए उतरी दिषा में चलते हुए दिनेष यादव के मकान तक इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए रतन लाल के मकान तक इसके बाद उतरी दिषा में चलते हुए मिनी बाई-पास के संगम तक, इसके बाद उक्त रोड़ पर पष्चिम दिषा में वंष अस्पताल तक, इसके बाद उतरी दिषा में गऊषाला रोड़ पर चलते हुुए गऊषाला तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 03 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू प्रदीप के मकान से सुल्तानपुर-गुरूग्राम रोड़ से आरम्भ होकर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण दिषा में चलते हुए वजीरपुर-गुरूग्राम रोड़ के समागम तक, इसके बाद उक्त रोड़ पर पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए खन्ना नाई की दुकान तक, इसके बाद उतरी दिषा में चलते हुए एम.आर. मोर्टस से पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए, प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू प्रदीप के मकान तक है।

(EXTRA.), AUG. 26, 2023 (BHDR. 4, 1945 SAKA) वार्ड नं० 04 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू बिजली विभाग कार्यालय से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा वजीरपुर रोड़ पर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.443 – 76.8415 तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की और चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा बिन्दू 28. 4136-76.8411तक इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4153- 76.8266 तक जोकि फाजिलपुर रोड़ पर मिलती है। इसके बाद उतर दिषा में उक्त रोड़ पर चलते हुए बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4396-76.8236 तक, उसके बाद पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए जन स्वास्थ्य विभाग कार्यालय से होते हुए सैनी धर्मषाला तक इसके बाद उतरी दिषा में चलते हुए बिजली विभाग कार्यालय तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू बिजली विभाग कार्यालय है।
वार्ड नं० 05 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू षिव दयाल सैनी की दुकान बस अड्डा से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में वजीरपुर रोड़ पर चलते हुए संदीप यादव के प्लाट तक इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की और चलते हुए अषोक के मकान तक इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की और चलते हुए साकमभरी किरयाना की दुकान तक इसके बाद उतरी दिषा में फाजिलपुर रोड़ पर चलते हुए कृष्ण यादव की दुकान तक इसके बाद पूर्व-उत्तरी दिषा में बस अड्डा की और चलते हुए षिवदयाल सैनी की दुकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 06 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4447-76.7969 हेलीमण्डी खेडा-खूर्मपूर रोड़ जहां पालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा लगती है, से प्रारम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की और चलते हुए बिन्दू षिव मन्दिर तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा में फाजिलपुर रोड़ पर चलते हुए खसरा नं० 189 का कीला नं० 16 मिन तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम-उतरी सीमा के साथ जाते हुए जहां नगरपालिका सीमा पटौदी रोड़ को काटते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा हेलीमण्डी खेड़ा-खूर्मपूर रोड़ पर मिलती है, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू अक्षांष-देषान्तर 28.4447-76.7969 है।
वार्ड नं० 07 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू नरेष कुमार दीक्षित के मकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रामकिषन के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए जाटव चौपाल तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा में पटौदी रोड़ पर चलते हुए बाबू लाल बावरियां के मकान तक उसके बाद उतरी दिषा की और चलते हुए नरेष कुमार दीक्षित के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 08 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू गजेन्द्र जैन की दुकान से पूर्व दिषा की और जाते हुए षीला देवी की दुकान तक इसके बाद दक्षिण-पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए अषोक कुमार के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए विजय की दुकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बबीता देवी के मकान से होते हुए मुन्षी राम के मकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए गजेन्द्र की दुकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 09 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू चितवन के मकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर से चलते हुए रोहतास के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रेखा (मुकेष फलवाला) दुकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए राजिन्द्र के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलतेे हुए, राजिन्द्र के मकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मोला देवी के मकान तक, इसके बाद राजबाला के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए लड़कियों के विद्यालय तक फिर उतर दिषा में चलतेे हुए रामोतार के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुनील गोयल की दुकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए चितवन के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 10 ः- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू नगरपालिका की दुकानों से पूर्व दिषा (मिनी बाईपास) की ओर चलते हुए बिसन सैनी के मकान तक इसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्व की दिषा की ओर जीवन ज्योति विधालय से होते हुए मामन की दुकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सतबीर की दुकान तक इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सरवन की दुकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मंजू के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए निहाल सिंह के मकान तक इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए इन्द्र के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए भानेराम के मकान तक, इसके बाद उत्तर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए विधा देवी के मकान तक उतर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका की दुकानों तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 11 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू कमलेष के मकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मदन सैनी के मकान तक इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नेतराम के मकान तक इसके बाद पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए गउषाला ग्राउण्ड तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए हरचन्द सैनी के मकान से होते हुए, जैन दातों का अस्पताल तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम उतर की ओर चलते हुुए बसंती के मकान तक पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए पुष्पा के मकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए षेर सिंह के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मोतीलाल वर्मा के मकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए किषन चन्द की दुकान तक, इसके बाद पूर्व-उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए कमलेष के मकान तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 12 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू मोतीलाल वर्मा के मकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए ष्याम लाल के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए अतर जैन की दुकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए दिगम्बर जैन की दुकान तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मोतीलाल वर्मा के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 13 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू सन्तोष के मकान से पूर्व दिषा मिनी बाई-पास पर चलते हुए नगरपालिका की दुकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण-पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए साधू के मकान से होते हुए रधूनाथ के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम-उतरHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), AUG. 26, 2023 (BHDR. 4, 1945 SAKA) 2623 चलते हुए मस्तराम के मकान से होते हुए लक्ष्मण के मकान तक इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सन्तोष के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 14 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू पुष्पा के मकान से पूर्व-दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रधुनाथ के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर सीताराम मन्दिर तक इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सरवन के मकान तक, इसके बाद उतर-पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए ओम प्रकाष के मकान तक इसके बाद उतर-पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पुष्पा के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं० 15 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू राजकुमार के मकान से पूर्व-दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पषु अस्पताल तक इसके बाद पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए अरूण जैन की दुकान से होते हुए राजरानी के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सरकारी अस्पताल तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सरकारी अस्पताल तक, इसके बाद उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका कार्यालय के सामने से होते हुए राजकुमार के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं० 16 :- प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू खसरा नं० 65 का किला नं० 10 जहां नगरपालिका की पष्चिम-पूर्वी सीमा आरम्भ होती है इससे पूर्व-उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बलबीर के मकान तक, इसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए प्रमोद के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए महताब के मकान तक, दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रमेष के मकान तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम-दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए धनखड़ विद्यालय से होते हुए लजिज भोजनालय तक, इसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी सीमा जोकि बिन्दू खसरा नं० 69 का किला नं० 22 से नगरपालिका की पष्चिमी व उतरी सीमा के साथ जाते हुए जो उतरी-पूर्वी सीमा तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू खसरा नं० 65 का किला नं० 10 है।

The 26th August, 2023
No. 9/82/2023-4C2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Farrukh Nagar, District Gurugram as specified in the schedule given below for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of ten days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram from any person in respect of the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified :–
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
Ward No. 01 :– Starting point latitude and longitude 28.4746-76.8042 where the north-east boundary of the municipality begins, towards along the boundary in the north direction up to Gaushala Farrukhnagar, then towards the south direction to Sunita's house, then towards in the west direction on the mini-bypass passing along Khem's house to Shell Farm which is the western boundary of the municipality while connecting on the road up to the point no. latitude and longitude. 28.4522-767997, Then along the western and northern boundary of the municipality up to the north-eastern boundary which is the starting point no. latitude and longitude 28.4746-76.8042.
Ward No. 02 :– Starting point from Gaushala to the east-south boundary of the municipality and then towards the municipal boundary in the south direction up to Saini School which is on Sultanpur Gurugram Road. After this, along the said road in the west direction on Sultanpur Mode passing in front shop of Harish towards north direction up to Dinesh Yadav's house, then along the west direction up to house of Ratanlal and then towards in the north direction2624 HARYANA GOVT. After that towards Gaushala road in north direction up to Gaushala which is the starting point.
Ward No. 03 :– Starting Point from Pradeep's house on Sultanpur-Gurugram Road along the municipal limits in south direction up to the confluence of Wazirpur-Gurugram Road, After this on the above road towards west direction up to Khanna hair dresser shop, then towards in north direction from MR Motors along east direction to Pradeep's house which is the starting point.
Ward No. 04 :– Starting point from the office of power house, towards east direction on Wazirpur road up to the municipal boundary point latitude and longitude 28.443-76.8415, then towards the south direction up to municipal boundary point latitude and longitude 28.4136-76.8411, then towards in the west direction up to the point latitude and longitude 28.4153-76.8266, which joints the Fazilpur road. After that along the said road in the north direction up to point latitude and longitude 28.4396-76.8236, then towards East direction via Public Health Office up to Saini Dharamshala, then towards North direction up to office of Power House which is the starting point office of power house.
Ward No. 05 :– Starting point Shiv Dayal Saini's shop on bus stand, towards east direction on Wazirpur road up to Sandeep Yadav's plot, then towards south direction up to Ashok's house, then towards west direction up to Sakambhari General Store shop, After this towards North direction on Fazilpur road up to shop of Kirsan Yadav, then in East-North direction towards bus stand up to Shivdayal Saini's shop which is the starting point.
Ward No. 06 :– Starting point latitude and longitude 28.4447-76.7969 on Hailymandi Khera-Khurmpur road where the western boundary of the municipality is situated, start towards east direction up to shiv mandir, then towards south direction on Fazilpur road up to khasra no. 189 of kila no. 16 min, After this along the west-northern boundary where the municipal boundary intersects the Pataudi road and the municipal boundary meets the Haily mandi Khera- Khurmpur road which is the starting point latitude and longitude 28.4447-76.7969.
Ward No. 07 :– Starting point from the house of Naresh Kumar Dixit towards east direction up to the house of Ramkishan, then towards in south direction up to Jatav Chaupal, then towards west direction on Pataudi road up to the house of Babulal Bawaria, then towards north direction up to the house of Naresh Kumar Dixit which is the starting point.
Ward No. 08 :– Starting Point from Gajendra Jain's shop towards east direction up to Sheela Devi's shop, then towards in South-East direction up to Ashok Kumar's house, then towards South direction up to Vijay's shop, then towards west direction passing through Babita Devi's house up to Munshi Ram's house. Then towards north direction up to Gajendra's shop which is the starting point.
Ward No. 09 :– Starting point from Chitwan's house towards in east direction up to Rohtas house, then towards in south east direction up to Rekha (Mukesh Fruit) shop, then towards in south direction up to Rajendra's house, then towards in west direction up to Rajendra's house, the towards north direction up to Mola Devi's house, then towards west direction from Rajbala's house up to Girls Senior Secondary School. Then towards in North direction up to Ramotar's house, then towards in West direction up to Sunil Goyal's shop, then towards in North direction up to Chitwan's house which is the starting point.
Ward No. 10 :– Starting point from municipal shops, towards east direction (mini bypass) up to Bisan Saini's house, then towards south east direction via Jeevan Jyoti school up to Maman's shop, then towards west direction up to shop of Satbir, then towards west direction up to Saravan shop, then towards north direction Up to Manju's house, then towards west direction up to Nihal Singh's house, then towards south direction up to Indra's house, then towards west up to Bhaneram's house. After this, towards north-west direction up to the house of Vidya Devi, then towards north- east direction up to the municipal shops which is the starting point.
Ward No. 11 :– Starting Point from Kamlesh's house towards in East direction up to Madan Saini's house, then towards in North direction up to Netram's house, then towards in East direction up to Gaushala Ground, then towards in South direction via Harchand. Saini's house up to Jain Dental Clinic Hospital, then towards west-north up to Bsanti's house, towards west direction up to Pushpa's house. After that, towards North direction up to Sher Singh's house, then towards west direction up to Motilal Verma's house, then towards North direction up to Kisanchand's shop, then towards East-North direction up to Kamlesh's house which is the starting point.
Ward No. 12 :– Starting point from Motilal Verma's house, towards east direction up to Shyam Lal's house, then towards in south direction up to Atar Jain's shop, then towards in west direction up to Digambar Jain's shop, then towards north direction up to Motilal Verma's house which is the starting point.

Ward No. 16 :– Starting point from Khasra No. 65 of Kila no. 10, where the west-east boundary of the municipality begins, then towards in the east-north direction up to the house of Balbir, then towards in the south direction up to the house of Pramod, then towards in the west direction up to the house of Mahtab, then towards south direction up to Ramesh's house, then towards West-South direction via Dhankhar School up to Lajij Restaurant, then towards west direction up to the western boundary of municipality which is point Khasra No. 69 of Kila no. 22, then along western and northern boundary of the municipality up to the north-eastern boundary which is the starting point Khasra No. 65 of Kila no. 10.
