संख्या 9/84/2023-4क2.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम-9 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट नगरपालिका, कालांवाली, जिला-सिरसा के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु ऐसे व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से दस दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ राज्य सरकार अधिसूचना प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, सहित जो आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/निदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा उपायुक्त, सिरसा के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जाऐं, विचार करेगी :-

वार्ड नं० 01 :- देसू रोड जन्टा सिंह पटवारी वाली गली के पीछे वाली गली से शुरु होते हुए पूर्व दिषा की ओर होते हुए राम बाग तक, राम बाग से दक्षिण की रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ लीला राम रेगर के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर होते हुए लाटु सुनार के घर से होते हुए पष्चिम दिशा की ओर जाते हुए प्रमोद सैन के घर तक व प्रमोद सैन के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर होते हुए भुषण कुमार के घर तक व भुषण कुमार से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए सोनू के घर तक, सोनू के घर से उतर दिषा की ओर होते हुए टावर तक व टावर से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए गली के मोड तक व गली के मोड से मंगत नागर वाली गली से होते हुए जनक राज के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर जाते हुए भगत राम के प्लाट से उतर की ओर जाते हुए देसू रोड जन्टा सिह पटवारी वाली गली के पीेछे वाली गली (आरम्भिक बिन्दु) तक।

वार्ड नं० 02 :- मुरबा नं० 47 के किला नं० 11 से शुरु होते हुए पूर्व दिशा से मुरबा नं० 47 के किला नं० 14 तक व मुरबा नं० 47 के किला नं० 14 से दक्षिण दिषा से होते हुए तख्तमल रोड से पष्चिम की ओर नछत्र की दुकान तक, नछत्र की दुकान से दक्षिण की ओर हुए रोड होते हुए तारा चन्द प्रजापत के घर तक ओर तारा चन्द प्रजापत के घर से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर से होते हुए रोषन के घर तक ओर रोषन के घर से दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए रोषन अरोडा के घर तक रोषन अरोडा के घर से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए कबीर धर्मषाला तक व कबीर धर्मशाला से उतर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए सुरेश कॅाटन मील तक, सुरेश कॅाटन मील से उतर की ओर रेलवे रोड होते हुए होते हुए मुरबा नं० 47 कर किला नं० 11 (आरम्भिक बिन्दु) तक।

वार्ड नं० 10 :- मुरबा नं० 74 के किला नं० 1 से शुरु होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुए मुरबा नं० 74 के किला नं० 5 तक व मुरबा नं० 74 के किला नं० 5 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुए मुरबा नं० 75 के किला नं० 21 तक व मुरबा नं० 75 केHARYANA GOVT. वार्ड नं० 13 :- नया थाना रोड से उतर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए नजदीक जोडा जिम के पास वाली गली से पष्चिम दिषा जस्सा सिंह के घर तक व जस्सा सिंह के घर से उतर दिषा की ओर कण्डा फैक्टरी तक व कण्डा फैक्टरी से पूर्व दिषा की और जाते हुऐ गुरुनानक सर्विस सैन्टर, नया थाना रोड तक व नया थाना रोड से पैट्रोल पम्प तक व पैट्रोल पम्प से पुराना सहारा कल्ब से पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुऐ पजांब बस स्टैण्ड तक व पजांब बस स्टैण्ड से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुऐ नंदीषाला रोडी रोड तक व नंदीषाला रोडी रोड से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए नया थाना रोड (आरम्भिक बिन्दु) तक। वार्ड नं० 14 :- रेलवे लाईन के साथ लीला राम रेगर के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर रोडी रोड फाटक तक व रोडी रोड फाटक से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए नंदीषाला तक व नदींषाला से उतर दिषा की ओर पजांब बस स्टैण्ड चौंक तक व पंजाब बस स्टैण्ड चौंक से मैडीकल की दुकान तक व मैडीकल की दुकान से उतर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए भीम चप्पला वाले के घर तक भीम चप्पला वाले के घर से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए भूषण कुमार के घर तक व भूषण कुमार के घर से उतर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए प्रमोद सैन के घर तक व प्रमोद सैन के घर से पूर्व दिषा लाटु सुनार के घर तक व लाटु सुनार के घर से उतर दिषा की ओर जाते हुए रेलवे लाईन के साथ लीला राम रेगर (आरम्भिक बिन्दु) तक।

वार्ड नं० 16 :- तारा ंिसह पटवारी के घर के सामने घर से शुरु होकर देसू रोड दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुए पुराना सहारा कल्ब से होते हुए पैट्रोल पम्प तक व पैट्रोल पम्प से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर होते हुए गुरु नानक सर्विस स्टेषन से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुए कण्डा फैक्टरी तक व कण्डा फैक्टरी से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुए जस्सा सिह के घर तक व2644 HARYANA GOVT.
