संख्या 5377/1-एल.— चूंकि राज्य सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि घेल ड्रेन में बाधा से निम्नलिखित भूमि अथवा लोक स्वास्थ्य अथवा लोक सुविधा को क्षति पहुंची है अथवा पहुंच सकती है।

इसलिए, अब, हरियाणा नहर तथा जल निकास अधिनियम, 1974 (1974 कर 29), की धारा 45 के अधीन प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट सीमाओं के भीतर किसी बाधा को बनाने से रोकते हैं, जहाँ वर्तमान में घेल ड्रेन गाँव के पास घग्गर नदी में प्रवाहित हो रही है।

The 28th August, 2023

No. 5377/1-L.— Whereas it appears to the State Government that injury to the following land or the public health or public convenience has arisen or may arise from the obstruction of Ghel drain.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 45 of the Haryana Canal and Drainage Act, 1974 (29 of 1974), the Governor of Haryana hereby prohibits the formation of any obstruction within the limit as specified in the schedule given below where presently ghel drain is flowing to river ghaggar near village Ghel.
