संख्या 45/जीएसटी-2.— हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 44 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य कर आयुक्त, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, ऐसे रजिस्ट्री—त व्यक्ति, जिसका वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 में सकल आवर्त दो करोड़ रूपये तक है, को उक्त वित्तीय वर्ष की वार्षिक विवरणी फाइल करने से छूट प्रदान करते हैं।

The 29th August, 2023
No. 45/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to section 44 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Commissioner of State Tax, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby exempts the registered person whose aggregate turnover in the financial year 2022-23 is up to two crore rupees, from filing annual return for the said financial year.
