संख्या 9/15/2023-4कII.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/15/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 5 अपै्रल, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनूसूची मेेंं यथा विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र को नगर परिषद्, टोहाना, जिला फतेहाबाद की सीमाओं में सम्मिलित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
पूर्वः- आयत संख्या 27 का उतरी पूर्वी कोना जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'ए' है, से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 76 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक जोकि बिन्दू 'बी' है। बिन्दू 'बी' से पूर्व की तरफ आयत संख्या 76 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 76 के उतरी पूर्वी कोने तक जोकि बिन्दू 'सी' है। बिन्दू 'सी' से दक्षिण की तरफ आयत संख्या 76, 90, 113, 125, 148, 156, 179 तथा 187 की पूर्वी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 187 की पूर्वी सीमा तथा फतेहाबाद डिस्ट्रिब्यूटरी नहर के दक्षिणी किनारे के मिलान बिन्दू तक जोकि बिन्दू 'डी' है। बिन्दू 'डी' से दक्षिण पूर्व की तरफ फतेहाबाद डिस्ट्रिब्यूटरी नहर के दक्षिणी किनारे के साथ-साथ फतेहाबाद डिस्ट्रिब्यूटरी नहर के दक्षिणी किनारे तथा पृथला माईनर नहर के उतरी किनारे के मिलान बिन्दू तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'ई' है। बिन्दू 'ई' से दक्षिण पष्चिम की तरफ पृथला माईनर नहर के उतरी किनारे के साथ-साथ पृथला माईनर नहर के उतरी किनारे तथा आयत संख्या 224 की दक्षिणी सीमा के मिलान बिन्दू तक जोकि बिन्दू 'एफ' है। बिन्दू 'एफ' से पष्चिम की तरफ आयत संख्या 224 तथा 225 की दक्षिणी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 225 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'जी' है। बिन्दू 'जी' से दक्षिण की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एच' तक। बिन्दू 'एच' से आयत संख्या 330 तथा 335 की पूर्वी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 335 के दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोने तक जोकि बिन्दू 'आई' है।
दक्षिणः- आयत संख्या 335 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना जोकि बिन्दू 'आई' है, से प्रारम्भ होकर पष्चिम की तरफ आयत संख्या 335, 336, 337 तथा 338 की दक्षिणी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 338 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'जे' है। बिन्दू 'जे' से उतर की तरफ आयत संख्या 338 की पष्चिम सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 338 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'के' है। बिन्दू 'के' से पष्चिम की तरफ आयत संख्या 326, 325, 324, 323, 322, 321, 320, 319, 318 तथा 317 की दक्षिणी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 317 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'एल' है। पष्चिमः- आयत संख्या 317 का दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोना जोकि बिन्दू 'एल' से प्रराम्भ होकर उतर की तरफ राजस्व संपदा, टोहाना की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ जमालपुर शेखां, टोहाना तथा खनोरा की राजस्व संपदा सीमाओं के मिलान बिन्दू तक जोकि

(EXTRA.), AUG. 29, 2023 (BHDR. 7, 1945 SAKA) बिन्दू 'एम' है। बिन्दू 'एम' से उतर की तरफ आयत संख्या 279 तथा 243 की पष्चिमी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 243 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'एन' है। बिन्दू 'एन' से पूर्व की तरफ आयत संख्या 243, 244, 245, 246 तथा 247 की उतरी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 247 के उतरी पूर्वी कोने तक जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'ओ' है। बिन्दू 'ओ' से उतर की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 197 का उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'पी' है। बिन्दू 'पी' से पूर्व की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 171 के दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'क्यू' है। बिन्दू 'क्यू' से उतर की तरफ आयत संख्या 171 की पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 171 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'आर' है। बिन्दू 'आर' से पूर्व की तरफ आयत संख्या 171 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 171 के उतरी पूर्वी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'एस' है। बिन्दू 'एस' से उतर की तरफ आयत संख्या 163, 141, 132, 106 तथा 97 की पष्चिमी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 97 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक, जोकि बिन्दू 'टी' है। बिन्दू 'टी' से पूर्व की तरफ आयत संख्या 97 की उतरी सीमा के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 97 के उतरी पूर्वी कोने तक, जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'यू' है। बिन्दू 'यू' से उतर की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा के साथ आयत संख्या 22 के उतरी पष्चिमी कोने तक जोकि नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा पर स्थित बिन्दू 'वी' है। उत्तरः- बिन्दू 'वी' से पूर्व की तरफ नगर परिषद्, टोहाना की सीमा तथा आयत संख्या 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 तथा 27 की उतरी सीमाओं के साथ-साथ आयत संख्या 27 के उतरी पूर्वी कोने, बिन्दू 'ए' तक जोकि प्रराम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 9/15/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/15/2023-4CII, dated the 5th April, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area within the limits of Municipal Council, Tohana, district Fatehabad as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-
Schedule of Boundaries
East:- Starting from the point A which is the northern eastern corner of rectangle no. 27 and situated on the boundary of MC Tohana, towards south along the boundary of MC Tohana upto northern western corner of rectangle no. 76 i.e. is point B. From point B towards east along the northern boundary of rectangle no. 76 upto the northern eastern corner of rectangle no 76 i.e. is point C. From point C towards south along the eastern boundaries of rectangle no.76, 90, 113, 125, 148, 156, 179 and 187 upto the mee`ting point of eastern boundary of rectangle no.187 and southern bank of Fatehabad distributary canal i.e. point D. From point D towards south east along the southern bank of Fatehabad distributary canal upto the meeting point of southern bank of Fatehabad distributary canal and northern bank of Pirthala minor canal i.e. point E. From point E towards south west along the northern bank of Pirthala minor canal upto the meeting point of northern bank of Pirthala minor canal and southern boundary of rectangle no. 224 i.e. point F. From point F towards west along the southern boundaries of rectangle no. 224 and 225 upto the southern western corner of rectangle no. 225 which is situated on the boundary of MC Tohana i.e. point G. From point G towards south along the boundary of MC Tohana upto point H. From point H towards south along the eastern boundaries of rectangle no. 330 and 335 upto southern eastern corner of rectangle no 335 i.e. point I.
South:- Starting from the point I which is the southern eastern corner of rectangle no. 335 towards west along the southern boundaries of rectangle no. 335, 336, 337, 338 upto the southern western corner of rectangle no 338 i.e. point J. From point J towards north along the western boundary of rectangle no 338 upto the northern western corner of rectangle no 338 i.e. point K. From point K towards west along the southern boundaries of rectangle no. 326, 325, 324, 323, 322, 321, 320, 319, 318 and 317 upto the southern western corner of rectangle no 317 i.e. point L. West:- Starting from point L which is the southern western corner of rectangle no 317 towards north along the western boundary of revenue estate Tohana upto the meeting point of boundaries of revenue estate Jamalpur Sekhan, Tohana and Khanaura i.e. point M. From point M towards north along the western boundaries of rectangle no. 279 and 243 upto the northern western corner of rectangle no.243 i.e. point N. From point S towards north along the western boundaries of rectangle no. 163, 141, 132, 106 and 97 upto the northern western corner of the rectangle no. 97 i.e. point T. From point T towards east along the northern boundary of rectangle no. 97 upto northern eastern corner of rectangle no. 97 i.e. point U situated on boundary of MC Tohana. From point U towards north along the boundary of MC Tohana upto northern western corner of rectangle no. 22 i.e. point V situated on boundary of MC Tohana.
North:- Starting from point V towards east along the boundary of MC Tohana and northern boundaries of rectangle no. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 upto the northern eastern corner of rectangle no. 27, Point A which is the starting point.
