क्रमांक नं० 1202/एल०सी० 3.- चूंकी हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे निर्दिष्ट भूमि (छोड़ी गई) जनता के कल्याण के लिए व जनता के खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामतः फतेहाबाद ब्रांच की बुर्जी नं. 59705 से बुर्जी नं. 59996 तक जो भाखड़ा मेन लाईन की बुर्जी 538630-टैल से निकलती है निर्माण हेतु अपेक्षित है। अनाधिसूचित क्षेत्र गांव-गाजूवाला, तहसील-टोहाना, जिला-फतेहाबाद के अधीन आता है। जिसके लिए अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण नवीनीकरण व पुनस्थापना अधिनियम की धारा-11 के अतंर्गत हरियाणा सरकार की अधिसूचना क्रमांक संख्या 119/3 एल दिनांक 30 जनवरी, 2023 दवारा पहले ही की जा चुकी है।

यह घोषणा की जाती है कि निम्न विषलेषित जमीन उपरोक्त कार्य हेतु वांछित है।

यह घोषणा नए भूमि अधिग्रहण, नवीनकरण व पुनःस्थापना अधिनियम (2013 नं. 30) की धारा 19 के तहत सभी सम्बंधित जमीदारों को किसी प्रकार के ऐतराज एवं सुझाव के लिए प्रकाषित किया जाता है हांलांकि धारा 15,16,17 व 18 के तहत किसी प्रकार की कार्यावाही की आवष्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि गांव गाजूवाला की जमीन के विषय में कोई नवीनकरण व पुनःस्थापना की स्थिति नहीं बनती।

इस विषय में नए भूमि अधिग्रहण की उपरोक्त धारा के तहत जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर, फतेहाबाद को निर्देष दे कि वो इस जमीन को अपने कब्जे मे लें जोकि उपरोक्त कार्य के लिए वांछित है।

भूमि के नक्षा व विवरण का निरीक्षण भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर, एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी, फतेहाबाद या कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, टोहाना जल सेवायें मण्डल, टोहाना के कार्यालय में किया जा सकता है।(2836) HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 4, 2023 (BHDR. 13, 1945 SAKA) 2837 विशिष्टियां

Declaration

No. 1202/L.C. 3.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana is satisfied that the land specified below is needed by the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for already CONSTRUCTED OF FATEHABAD BRANCH from RD 59705 to RD 59996 off taking from Bhakra Main Line at RD 538630-Tail for the un-notified area as mentioned below of village Gajuwala, Tehsil Tohana, District Fatehabad. The notification under section-11(1) of "Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013" had already been notified in the Government Gazette vide No. 119/3L dated 30 January 2023.

It is hereby declared that the land described in the specification below is required for the above said purpose.

This declaration is made under the provision of Section-19 of the Act for the information to all to whom it may concern. There is no requirement to take action U/S-15, 16, 17 & 18 of the Act as there is no rehabilitation or resettlement scheme involved in the present acquisition of land mentioned below at village Gajuwala.

The District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad is hereby directed to take order for the acquisition of said land.

The plan and detail of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad or in the office of Executive Engineer, Tohana Water Services Division, Tohana.
