Notification
The 13th September, 2023
No. SEC/1ME/2023/1603.— Whereas, name of Sh. Mohit S/o Sh. Sonu Ram was notified as a Member of Ward No. 11 Municipal Committee, Ladwa, district Kurukshetra by the State Election Commission, Haryana upon his election held on 19.06.2022 vide notification No. SEC/1ME/2022/6120 dated 04.07.2022.
2. And whereas, the Director, Local Bodies Department, Haryana vide Memo No. 5AE/2023/27151 dated 01.09.2023 has now informed that Sh. Mohit, Member of Ward No. 11, Municipal Committee, Ladwa has resigned from the post of member and the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra has accepted his resignation on 24.08.2023. He has also enclosed a copy of report of Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra (Memo No.25/L.F.A. dated 24.08.2023) requesting to take further necessary action in the matter under section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973.
3. In view of the above as per provisions under section 13 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotified the name of Sh. Mohit S/o Sh. Sonu Ram, Member Ward No. 11, Municipal Committee, Ladwa, district Kurukshetra from the official Gazette earlier notified by the State Election Commission, Haryana vide No. SEC/1ME/2022/6120 dated 04.07.2022.
