संख्या 2/2/2022-1CRID.— हरियाणा परिवार पहचान अधिनियम, 2021 (2021 का 20) की धारा 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और प्राधिकरण की अनुशंसा पर हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा निदेष देते हैं कि बागवानी विभाग, हरियाणा की निम्नलिखित योजनाओं और सेवाओं के लिए आवेदकों की पात्रता निर्धारित करने हेतु, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट तालिका I से V में वर्णित डाटा फील्ड सहित परिवार पहचान संख्या आवश्यक होगी, अर्थात :-

No. 2/2/2022-1CRID.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 8 of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Act, 2021 (20 of 2021) and on the recommendation of the Authority, the Governor of Haryana hereby directs that Parivar Pehchan Number with data fields mentioned in the Tables I to V as specified in the Schedule appended hereto shall be required for the purpose of determining eligibility of the applicants for the following schemes and services provided by the Horticulture Department, Haryana, namely:-
