संख्या 09/67/2023-4क ाा.— हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 09/67/2023-4क ाा दिनांक 22 अगस्त, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देषों से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, कलायत, जिला कैथल के वार्डों का परिसीमन प्रकाषित करते हैं :-

वार्ड नं0 08 :- मटौर रोड पर उस स्थान से ष़ुरू होकर जहां से नगरपालिका कलायत की सीमा ष़ुरू होती है, से उत्तर पष्चिम दिषा में कैंची चौंक तक। कैंची चौंक से उत्तर दिषा की ओर साधु क्लाथ हाउस तक। साधु क्लाथ हाउस से पूर्व दिषा में कपिल मुनि रोड से होते हुए कपिल मुनि मन्दिर के सामने, पुराने डाकखाना के सामने से प्रदीप धीमान की दुकान तक। प्रदीप धीमान की दुकान से उत्तर पूर्व दिषा धीमान दरवाजा तक। धीमान दरवाजे से लेकर दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा में ज्ञान पंडित के घर के सामने से रामगढ रोड पर कुलदीप की दुकान तक। कुलदीप की दुकान से दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर नगरपालिका कलायत की सीमा नगरपालिका कलायत की सीमा के लगते प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु मटौर रोड तक।

वार्ड नं0 16 :- खेडी लाम्बा रोड पर जहां पर नगरपालिका कलायत की सीमा रेखा आरम्भ होती है। वहां से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा में सिरसा ष़ाखा नहर के पुल तक, इस पुल से पुर्व दिषा की ओर राजेन्द्र किसान सेवा केन्द्र तक। राजेन्द्र किसान सेवा केन्द्र से दक्षिण दिषा में गौरव मित्तल के गौदाम के सामने खाली प्लाट तक। इस खाली प्लाट से पष्चिमHARYANA GOVT. No. 09/67/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 09/67/2023-4CII dated 22nd August, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Kalayat, District Kaithal as specified in the schedule given below, namely.-
Schedule of Boundaries
Ward No. 01 :- Starting from the point 'A' Baba Nou Gaja Peer's path on the boundary of the municipality to the south direction till Rajender's house on Sajuma road, starting from Rajender's field on idea mobile tower in west direction till Vinod Kumar S/o Zile Singh to west direction till Mamraj rana vacant plot .
