संख्या 9/87/2023-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/87/2023-4क ाा, दिनांक 01 सितम्बर, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देषों से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, बराड़ा, जिला अम्बाला के वार्डों का परिसीमन प्रकाषित करते हैं :-

वार्ड नं0 01 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा पर स्थित गांव मौजगढ़ के खसरा नं0 1//17 से पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा की तरफ आते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 29//4 तक, उसके बाद बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 29//4 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर कुलविन्द्र कौर के घर से गुजरते हुये भारतीय विधा मन्दिर स्कूल तक, उसके बाद पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुये निर्मलजीत सिंह के घर से गुजरते हुये दक्षिण दिषा की ओर भूषण लाल की दुकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बसंतपूरा फाटक पर हैप्पी ट्रैडर्स की दुकान से गजरते हुये उगाला रोड़ पर चलते हुये पालिका सीमा तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा मे स्थित गांव मौजगढ़ के खसरा नं0 1//17 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 02 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ कुम्हार मौहल्ले मे कृष्णा देवी के घर से पूर्व की तरफ जाते हुये सुदेष रानी के खाली प्लाट से गुजरते हुये उत्तर दिषा की ओर बलबीर सिंह की दुकान से जैन ज्वैलर्स तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा मे जाते हुये रेलवे स्टेषन से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर भूषणलाल की दुकान से उत्तर दिषा की ओर कृष्णा देवी के घर तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 03 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ जनकपूरी कलोनी मे बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 81//14 के पष्चिम छोर से पूर्वी छोर की तरफ चलते हुये दक्षिण दिषा की ओर राजिन्द्र कौर के घर से पूर्व दिषा की ओर संजीव कुमार के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर सुभाष हरिमिलाप के खाली प्लाट से पूर्व दिषा की ओर संजय के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर नरेष कुमार के घर से पूर्व दिषा की ओर मेन रेलवे स्टेषन रोड़़ पर नानक चन्द की दुकान (सहगल बूट हाउस) तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर मेन रेलवे स्टेषन रोड़ पर सुषील गुप्ता की दुकान (पुरानी जैन ज्वैलर्स) से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर सतपाल गोयल के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर दलजीत सिंह के घर तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर सुखविन्द्र सिंह के घर से उत्तर दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 81//14 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 04 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका की उत्तरी सीमा पर स्थित बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 29//5 से पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा की तरफ जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 5//20 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 55//19 तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण पुर्व दिषा मे संतोष रानी के मकान से गुजरते हुये दक्षिण दिषा मे

(EXTRA.), SEPT. 21, 2023 (BHDR. 30, 1945 SAKA) सुरेन्द्र बाला के मकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा मे जाते हुये षादीलाल के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर सतविन्द्र कौर के खाली प्लाट से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर कृष्ण लाल के खाली प्लाट तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये सुखविन्द्र सिंह के मकान से गुजरते हुये पष्चिम दिषा मे मार्डन स्कूल से गुजरते हुये निर्मल के खाली प्लाट तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर जाते हुये रविन्द्र कौर के घर से खसरा नं0 81//14 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा के बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 29//5 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 05 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ करनाल कलोनी मे गुरदयाल के घर से राजीव गांधी सेवा केन्द्र (मनरेगा भवन) वाली गली से गुजरते हुये मेन रेलवे स्टेषन रोड़ पर सचिन कुमार की दुकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये सतप्रकाष बंसल की दुकान (सहगल गारमैंटस) से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर पुष्पा रानी के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर वीर चन्द के घर से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर अजय कुमार के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर करनाल कलोनी मे गुरदयाल के घर तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 06 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 5//22 सें पूर्व दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 11//20 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 56//10/1 तक, उसके बाद पूर्व दिषा की ओर जाते हुये मेन दोसड़का रोड़ से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जगदीष की दुकान (डौमनिक पिज्जा) से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बलवन्त सिंह के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर तलविन्द्र सिंह के घर से बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 55//19 तक, उसके बाद बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 55//19 से पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 5//22 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 07 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 11//20 पूर्व दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 17//23 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर आते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 59//16 से बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 59//23 तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर अषरफ अली के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर जाते हुये अंजना के घर तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये पुराने गुरूद्वारे के पास से गुजरते हुये गुरचरण कौर की दुकान के पास से उत्तरी सीमा की और से जोहड़ के उपरी सीमा से गुजरते हुये चांद राम के घर तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा मे मेन दोसड़का रोड़ से उत्तर दिषा की ओर गुलाटी टायर के सामने मॉर्डन काम्पैलक्स कालोनी की और जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 56//10/1 से उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 11//20 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 08 :-उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 17//23 से पूर्व दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 15//21/2 तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 72//6/2 से गांव की फिरनी से होते हुये मीनु वैध के घर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर राजेष कुमार के घर तक, उसके बाद पटवार खाने से होते हुये तरसेम डॉक्टर वाली गली से मेन गांव की फिरनी तक, फिरनी के साथ-साथ चलते हुये वाल्मिकि बस्ती की तरफ नगर खेड़े से होते हुये जसबीर सिंह के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा मे पकंज राणा के प्लाट से पूर्व की और हरजिन्द्रर सिंह के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 17//23 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 09 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 15//21/2 से पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 93//25 से उत्तर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर अम्बेडकर भवन से होते हुये जोहड़ की उपरी सतह से गुजरते हुये वृ़द्ध आश्रम तक, उसके बाद उत्तर पूर्व दिषा की ओर मेन गांव बराड़ा की फिरनी से होते हुये दिग्विजय सिंहॅ की दुकान से पटवार खाना वाली गली की और राज बाला के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिषा की ओर घुमते हुये प्रेम सिंह गुरूद्वारा से होते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 72//6/2 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 15//21/2 तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 10 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ गांव बराड़ा की फिरनी पर पुराने गुरूद्वारे के सामने विनोद कुमार की दुकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर पटवार खाने वाली गली से होते हुये अजय प्रताप सिंह चौहान के घर तक, उसके बाद बराड़ा गांव की फिरनी के साथ-साथ तेजिन्द्र चौहान के घर से प्राईमरी स्कूल तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर विनोद कुमार की दुकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 11 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ मेन दोसड़का रोड़ पर चीमा डेयरी से पूर्वी तरफ पींटू राणा कलोनी मे जाते हुये जोहड़ की उपरी सतह से गुजरते हुये मेन बराड़ा गांव की फिरनी तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण की और रविदास मन्दिर से पूर्व दिषा मे जाते हुये दविन्द्र सिंह के घर तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये मोहन लाल के खाली प्लाट से गुजरते हुये सीधा मेन दोसड़का रोड़ तक, उसके बाद मेन दोसड़का रोड़ पर उत्तर दिषा की तरफ जाते हुये चीमा डायरी तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 12 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ मेन दोसड़का रोड़ पर प्रताप सिंह की दुकान से पूर्व दिषा की ओर जोहड उपरी सतह से गुजरते हुये पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 93//25 तक, उसके बाद पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा मे जाते हुये बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 137//24 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर आते हुये अनाज मण्डी के पिछे की तरफ से होते हुये रेलवे लाईन तक, उसके बाद पूर्व की दिषा मे रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ आते हुये ओवर ब्रिजHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 21, 2023 (BHDR. 30, 1945 SAKA) 3001 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 114//14 से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 113//13 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की तरफ बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 113//8 से बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 113//9 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा मे सैलजा गर्ग के खाली प्लाट से पष्चिम दिषा मे चर्च तक, चर्च से लेकर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर नरेन्द्र कौर के मकान तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर सुषील जैन, ज्ञान चन्द के खाली प्लाट से उत्तर पूर्व दिषा की ओर सरकारी स्कूल से गुजरते हुये क्वालिटि चौक तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर प्रताप सिंह की दुकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 13 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ मेन दोसडका शाहबाद रोड़ पर महाराणा प्रातप चौक के पास स्थित मन्दिर से क्वालिटी चौंक की तरफ जाते हुये बीकानेर मिष्ठान भंडार तक, उसके बाद सरकारी स्कूल रोड़ की तरफ जाते हुये षर्मा बुक डिपो से पालिका की दुकानो से होते हुये मेन रेलवे रोड़ से महाराणा प्रताप चौंक के पास स्थित मन्दिर तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 14 :- उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ मेन रेलवे रोड़ पर राजकीय पषु चिकिस्तक हस्पताल से सुलभ शौचालय की तरफ से गुजरते हुये गार्गी स्कूल तक, उसके बाद उत्तर पूर्व दिषा की ओर प्रर्मीला जैन की दुकान से पूर्व की और जाते हुये प्रेम चन्द के घर तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर आते हुये प्रेम सिंह काम्पलैक्स के मेन गेट सें पूर्व की और जाते हुये कुसुम के घर तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये निर्मला देवी के घर से पूर्व की और बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 113//8 तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण पूर्वी दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 113//19 से दक्षिण पूर्वी दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 114//18 से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर ओवर ब्रिज के साथ-साथ रेलवे लाईन तक, उसके बाद पष्चिम दिषा की ओर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ रेलवे स्टेषन तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की तरफ राजकीय पषु चिकिस्तक हस्पताल तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 15 :-उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ सिंहपुरा फाटक से पूर्व दिषा की ओर रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ जाते हुये न्यू रेलवे कलोनी तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुये अनाज मण्डी के पिछे से गुजरते हुये पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 137//24 से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 109//25 तक के बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर सिकंदर के खाली प्लाट से पूर्व की और जाते हुये रेखा रानी के घर तक उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की तरफ फकीर चन्द की दुकान से सिंहपूरा फाटक तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 16 :-उस बिन्दू से आरम्भ होकर जहॉ पालिका की सीमा उगाला रोड़ से प्रारम्भ होकर बसंतपूरा फाटक तक जाती है, उसके बाद बसंतपूरा फाटक से सिंहपूरा फाटक तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण दिषा की ओर सतीष कुमार की दुकान से राजीव कुमार की दुकान तक, उसके बाद दक्षिण की और विनोद कुमार के खाली प्लाट से पष्चिम की और लीला वती के घर तक, उसके बाद पालिका सीमा बराड़ा के खसरा नं0 109//25 से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा मौजगढ के खसरा नं0 27//12 से गुजरते हुये मौजगढ के खसरा नं0 28//22 तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिषा की ओर पालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुये उगाला रोड़ तक, उगाला रोड़ से बसंतपूरा फाटक तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 9/87/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/87/2023-4CII dated 01st September, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Barara, District Ambala as specified in the schedule given below, namely.-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 :- Starting from Khasra No. 1//17 of village Maujgarh located on the northern boundary of the Municipality, thence going alongwith the Municipal boundary in the Eastward upto Khasra No. 29//4 of Village Barara, going into south direction and passing through house of Kulwinder Kaur upto Bhartiya Vidha Mandir School, thence going into East direction passing through the house of Nirmaljit Singh in south direction and upto Bhushan Lal shop, thence going into West direction and passing Happy Traders shop at Basantpura Gate, thence going on Ugala road upto the Municipal limits, thence going into North direction reaching upto Khasra No. 1//17 of village Maujgarh situated in Municipal limit i.e. starting point.

Ward No. 02 :- Going east from Krishna Devi house in Kumhar Mohalla, passing Sudesh Rani vacant plot, north and Balbir Singh shop to Jain Jewellers, then going south, west to railway station direction and from Bhushan lal shop to the north direction and to Krishna Devi house, i.e starting point.

Ward No. 03 :- Starting from the west end of Khasra No. 81 // 14 of village Barara in Janakpuri Colony, moving towards the eastern end, in the south direction and from the house of Rajinder Kaur, in the east direction and upto the house of Sanjeev Kumar, then in the north direction and from the vacant plot of Subhash Harimilap East direction and south direction from Sanjay house and east direction from Naresh Kumar house and on Main Railway Station Road upto Nanak Chand shop (Sahgal Boot House), then south direction and on Main Railway Station Road Sushil Gupta shop (Old Jain Jewellers) in west direction and from Satpal Goyal house in south direction and upto Daljit Singh house, then in west direction and in north direction from Sukhwinder Singh house and upto Khasra No. 81//14 of village Barara, i.e starting point.

Up to the vacant plot, then going in the south direction, passing through the house of Sukhwinder Singh, in the west direction, passing through the Modern School, upto the vacant plot of Nirmal, then going in the north direction from the house of Ravindra Kaur, Khasra No. 81 // 14 of village Barara, then in the north direction and up to Khasra No. 29 / / 5 of village Barara , i.e starting point.

Ward No. 05 :- Starting from Gurdayal house in Karnal Colony, passing through the street of Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra (MGNREGA Bhavan) and going south from Sachin Kumar shop on Main Railway Station Road, from Satprakash Bansal shop (Sehgal Garments) West and up to Pushpa Rani house, then north and from Veer Chand house, west and up to Ajay Kumar house, then north and up to Gurdayal house in Karnal Colony, i.e starting point.

Ward No. 06 :- Starting From Khasra No. 5// 22 of village of Barara in the east direction of the Municipality limits and going along the Municipality limits from Khasra No. 11// 20 of village Barara in the south direction upto Khasra No. 56// 10/1 of village Barara, then going towards east direction from Main Dosadka Road to south direction and from Jagdish shop (Domnik Pizza) to west direction and upto Balwant Singh house, then north direction and from Talwinder Singh house upto Khasra No. 55//19 of village Barara, then from Khasra No. 55// 19 to Khasra No. 5// 22 of village Barara of i.e starting point.

Ward No. 07 :- Starting from Khasra No. 11 // 20 of village Barara east of the Municipality limits and going along the Municipality limits from Khasra No. 17 // 23 of village Barara to the south and thence going intofrom Khasra No. 59// 16 to Khasra No. 59/ / 23 of village Barara, then in south direction and passing in west direction from Ashraf Ali house upto Anjana house, then in south direction passing near old gurdwara and passing near Gurcharan Kaur shop in north boundary And passing through the upper limit of pond up to Chand Ram house, then in west direction from Main Dosadka Road in north direction and in front of Gulati Tire to Modern Complex Colony and going towards Khasra No. 56//10/1 of village Barara in north direction. of and up to Khasra No. 11//20 of village Barara , i.e starting point.

Ward No. 08 :- Starting from Khasra No. 17 // 23 of village Barara of the Municipality boundary in the east direction and going along with the Municipality boundary upto Khasra No. 15 // /21/2 of village Barara, then in the south direction and Khasra No. 72 // 6/2 of Village Barara from Meenu Vaidh house in the south direction to Rajesh Kumar house, then through Patwar Khana, from Tarsem Doctor Wali Gali to Main Village Phirni, thence alongwith Phirni to Valmaki Basti. side via Nagar Kheda upto the house of Jasbir Singh, then in the north direction from Pakanj Rana plot to the east and upto the house of Harjinder Singh, thence going into north direction upto Khasra No. 17 // 23 of village Barara i.e. starting point.

Ward No. 09 :- Starting from Khasra No. 15// 21/2 of the Municipality boundary, going along with the Municipality boundary, from Khasra No. 93 // 25 in the north-west direction and passing through Ambedkar Bhawan, passing through the upper surface of Pond. Up to the Ashram, then in the north-east direction and passing through Phirni of Main village Barara, from Digvijay Singh shop to Patwar Khana Wali Gali and from Raj Bala house in the north-east direction and passing through Prem Singh Gurdwara, Khasra No. 72 //6/2, then in the north direction and up to Khasra No. 15/ /21/2 of village Barara, i.e starting point.

Ward No. 10 :- Starting from Phirni of village Barara, in front of the old gurudwara, from Vinod Kumar shop in the east direction and through Patwar Khana street upto the house of Ajay Pratap Singh Chauhan, then along with Phirni of village Barara Tejinder Chauhan From home to primary school, then north to Vinod Kumar shop,i.e starting point.
