संख्या 9/56/2023-4क2 .- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1977 के नियम 10 के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/56/2023-4क2 दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देषों से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, बवानीखेड़ा, जिला भिवानी के वार्डों का परिसीमन प्रकाषित करते हैं :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं० 01ः- जमालपुर रेलवे लाईन से दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर बाबा राम रूप समाधि से पूर्व की ओर मानसिंह सैनी की दुकान से पूर्व की ओर गुलजारी ब्राहमण के मकान से दक्षिण की ओर जाट धर्मषाला से पूर्व की ओर रघुनाथ ब्राहमण के मकान से होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर गुज्जर चौक से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर गुगा मैड़ी रेलवे फाटक से पष्चिम की ओर दादी गोरी मंदिर वाली गली से उत्तर दिषा की ओर जमालपुर रेलवे लाईन फाटक उत्तर की ओर रेलवे लाईन तक। वार्ड नं० 02ः- एम0सी0 कॉलोनी से होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर जमालपुर रोड़ से छिम्मी धर्मषाला से दक्षिण की ओर जाट ब्राहमण चौक से पष्चिम की ओर जाते हुए जाट धर्मषाला से उत्तर की ओर मंगतु ब्राहमण के मकान से पष्चिम की ओर रबारियान धर्मषाला से दिलबाग सैनी की दुकान से दक्षिण की तरफ गौपी सैनी की दुकान से होते हुए पष्चिम की ओर सज्जन छिम्मी के मकान से होते हुए रेलवे लाईन से जमालपुर रेलवे फाटक से पूर्व की ओर हांसी रोड़ एम0सी0 कॉलोनी तक। वार्ड नं० 03ः- नरेन्द्र की दुकान से दक्षिण की ओर बड़ा दरवाजा के सामने से होते हुए पष्चिम की ओर से दक्षिण की तरफ हिम्मत एम0सी0 के मकान तक पष्चिम से दक्षिण की ओर नरेन्द्र भाकर के मकान से दक्षिण से पूर्व की ओर भूला गुज्जर के मकान के सामने से मान्हू बनिया की दुकान पष्चिम की ओर से औमप्रकाष पुत्र मूलाराम गुज्जर पष्चिम से उत्तर की ओर झिम्पी धर्मषाला के सामने से होते हुए नरेन्द्र की दुकान तक वापिस आरम्भिक बिन्दू तक।

वार्ड नं० 07ः- सिविर प्लांट से पूर्व दिषा को खेतों में होते हुए सी0टी0 स्कूल से होते हुए रैस्ट हाउस कॉलोनी से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बी0के0 स्कूल तक बी0के0 स्कूल से पष्चिम दिष की ओर चलते हुए सिविल हॉस्पिटल के सामने होते हुए बाबा कमाल मन्दिर से पूर्व दिषा से होते हुए हांसी-भिवानी बाई पास रोड़ तक हांसी-भिवानी मार्ग से उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुए एस0सी0 राम बाग तक एस0सी0 रामबाग से पष्चिम दिषा से धर्मबीर कौषिक के मकान तक धर्मबीर कौषिक के मकान से उत्तर दिषा से होते हुए श्याम मन्दिर वाली गली के सकाने जगरूप के मकान से होते हुए धर्मपाल के मकान से होते हुए पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए दलबीर के मकान से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए राम सिंह के मकान से होते हुए बाबा पीर व बिजली घर का गेट से पष्चिम दिषा होते हुए बलबीर लोहार से उत्तर दिषा में खेड़ी रोड़ से होते हुए सिविर प्लांट तक जो कि एक आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 09ः- गोपी जनरल स्टोर के सामने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए महेष पण्डित के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा में देवेन्द्र पुत्र सज्जन के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा में मस्जिद के सामने से होते हुए दीपक डुमड़ा के मकान से होते हुए संजय डुमड़ा के मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर डॉ जगन्नाथ के मकान से दक्षिण दिषा में नानक चन्द की दुकान से पष्चिम दिषा में होते हुए सुरेष फौजी के मकान तक और उत्तर दिषा के चलते हुए गोपी जनरल स्टोर के सामने तक जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं० 15ः- नगरपालिका की पष्चिम सीमा गली के संगम से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए हनुमान मन्दिर के सामने वाले कोने तक उक्त कोने से उत्तर की ओर वाली गली से चलते हुए रेलवे लाईन फाटक के संगम तक उक्त रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ भिवानी की ओर चलते हुए बंद फाटक से आगे वाली गली के कोने तक उक्त गली से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए बलियाली रोड़ पर नगरपालिका की संगम तक उक्त संगम से सीमा के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए सीमा व गली के संगम पीरदान के मकान तक, जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

No. 9/56/2023-4C2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/56/2023-4C2 dated 11th August, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby publishes the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani as specified in the schedule given below, namely.-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
