संख्या 6/4/2022-6टी(ा).- हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24) की धारा 16 की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, एकमुश्त निपटान के रूप में पंजाब यात्री तथा माल कराधान अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का पंजाब अधिनियम 16) के अधीन आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा यथा निर्धारित 31 मार्च, 2017 तक देय यात्री तथा माल कर के बकायों पर प्रोद्भूत ब्याज तथा शास्ति से छूट देते हैं, यदि राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से एक सौ अस्सी दिन की अवधि के भीतर मूल कर के पच्चीस प्रतिशत के बराबर राशि के साथ देय कर का भुगतान कर दिया जाता है।

No. 6/4/2022-6T(I).– In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 2016 (24 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana hereby exempts the interest and penalty accrued on the arrears of passengers and goods tax due upto the 31st March, 2017 as assessed by the Excise and Taxation Department, Haryana under the Punjab Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1952 (Punjab Act 16 of 1952) as one time settlement, if the tax due alongwith an amount equal to twenty-five percent of the original tax is paid within a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
