संख्या 21/2/2014-1टी(ाा).— हरियाणा सड़क सुरक्षा निधि नियम, 2018 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए, नियमों का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 59) की धारा 138 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बनाने का प्रस्ताव करते है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित, इसके द्वारा, उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनके इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है;
इसके द्वारा, नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से सात दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति के बाद नियमों के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों के साथ, यदि कोई हों, जो प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा, नियमों के प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार किया जाएगा।
प्रारूप नियम
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सड़क सुरक्षा निधि (संशोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सड़क सुरक्षा निधि नियम, 2018 में, नियम, 8 में, उप-नियम (2) एवं (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएेंगे, अर्थातः-
''(2). प्रशासनिक सचिव, परिवहन विभाग प्रत्येक मामले में नियमों में अधिकतम पचास लाख रूपए के अध्यधीन नियमों मे वर्णित किसी भी प्रयोजन (आवर्ती या गैर-आवर्ती) केे लिए व्यय स्वीकृत करने हेतू प्राधिकृत होगा। (3). सदस्य सचिव प्रत्येक मामले में अधिकतम दस लाख रूपये के अध्यधीन नियमों में वर्णित किसी भी प्रयोजन (आवर्ती या गैर-आवर्ती) केे लिए व्यय स्वीकृत करने हेतू प्राधिकृत होगा।''

Notification
The 18th October, 2023
No. 21/2/2014-1T(II).— The following draft of the rules further to amend the Haryana Road Safety Fund Rules, 2018, which the Governor of Haryana proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 138 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 212 of the said Act for the information of persons likely to be effected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of rules shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of seven days from the date of publication of this notification in Official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Transport Department, Chandigarh, from any persons with respect to the draft of the rules before the expiry of the period so specified.
Draft rules
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Road Safety Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Road Safety Fund Rules, 2018, in rule 8, for sub-rule (2) and (3), the following sub-rules shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The Administrative Secretary, Transport Department shall be authorised to sanction expenditure on any of the purpose (recurring & non-recurring) mentioned in the rules subject to maximum of fifty lakh rupees in each case.
(3) The Member Secretary shall be authorised to sanction expenditure on any of the purpose (recurring and non-recurring) mentioned in the rules subject to maximum of ten lakh rupees in each case.".
