Notification

No. 391-ARIC-1-2021/6273.— dated 6th July, 2021/2nd September, 2021/11th October,2021/ 25th November, 2021 1. This notification amends the Policy for Fixation of Market Rate of Land in the State for all the Departments of the Government, Boards, Corporations, Panchayati Raj Institutions & Urban Local Bodies, 2021.
2. In the said Policy, in para 4, after serial no.(iv), serial no.(v) shall be inserted as under:
(v) High Powered Land Purchase Committee:- means the committee constituted under the Policy for purchase of land voluntarily offered to Government for development projects, notified vide Haryana Government Gazette Notification No. 273A-R-5-2017/884 dated 06.02.2017, as amended from time to time.
3. In serial no. (c) of sub-para (iii) of para 5 of the Principal Policy, the words "High Level Land Purchase Committee" shall be substituted with the words "High Powered Land Purchase Committee".
