संख्या 55/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (3) और (4), धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1), धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) और धारा 148 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जन हित में आवष्यक है, परिषद् की सिफारिषों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 47/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 47/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, सारणी में,-
(1) क्रम संख्या 3क और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः-

| "3ख | अध्याय 99 | निम्नलिखित माध्यमों से किसी सरकारी प्राधिकरण को प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाएं- (क) जलापूर्ति ; (ख) सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य ; (ग) स्वच्छता संरक्षण ; (घ) ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन; और (ङ) मलिन बस्ती सुधार और उन्नयन। | शून्य | शून्य"; |
(2) क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने, खाना (3) के नीचे, मद (i) में, "डाक विभाग" शब्दों के पश्चात्, "और रेल मंत्रालय (भारतीय रेल)" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;

(5) क्रम संख्या 9 के सामने, खाना (3) के नीचे, प्रथम परंतुक में, मद (i) में, "डाक विभाग" शब्दों के पश्चात्, "और रेल मंत्रालय (भारतीय रेल)" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;
2. यह अधिसूचना 20 अक्तूबर, 2023 से लागू होगी।

Notification
The 20th October, 2023
No. 55/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.47/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 47/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017,-
(1.) after serial number 3A and the entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst

| "3B | Chapter 99 | Services provided to a Governmental Authority by way of - (a) water supply; (b) public health; (c) sanitation conservancy; (d) solid waste management;and (e) slum improvement and upgradation. | Nil | Nil"; |
(2.) against serial number 6, under column (3),in item (a), after the words "Department of Posts", the words and brackets "and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)" shall be inserted;
(3.) against serial number 7, under column (3), in the Explanation, in item (a), in sub-item (i), after the words "Department of Posts", the words and brackets "and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)"shall be inserted;
(4.) against serial number 8, under column (3) in the proviso, in item (i), after the words "Department of Posts", the words and brackets "and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)" shall be inserted;
(5.) against serial number 9, under column (3), in the first proviso, in item (i), after the words "Department of Posts", the words and brackets"and the Ministry of Railways (Indian Railways)" shall be inserted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 20th day of October, 2023.
