संख्या 60/जीएसटी-2.— हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जन हित में आवष्यक है, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 94 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"94क	1901	श्री अन्न के आटे से निर्मित खाद्य पदार्थ, पाउडर के रूप में, जिसमें वजन के अनुसार कम से कम 70% श्री अन्न शामिल हो, जिन्हें प्री-पैकेज्ड और लेबल किया गया हो, से भिन्न"।

No. 60/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, in the Schedule, after serial number 94 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:-

"94A.	1901	Food preparation of millet flour, in powder form, containing at least 70% millets by weight, other than pre-packaged and labelled".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 20th day of October, 2023.
