संख्या 62/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 54 की उप-धारा (3) के परन्तुक के खण्ड (ii) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 39/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 39/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, सारणी में, क्रम संख्या 6क और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियाँ रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"6कक	5605	धात्विक पॉलिएस्टर फिल्म/प्लास्टिक फिल्म से बना इमीटेशन जरी धागा या सूत; व्याख्याः यह प्रविष्टि केवल पॉलिएस्टर फिल्म/प्लास्टिक फिल्म पर इनपुट कर प्रत्यय के प्रतिदाय के लिए लागू होगी"।

No. 62/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 39/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 39/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 in the Table, after serial number 6A and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely:-

"6AA.	5605	Imitation zari thread or yarn made out of Metallised polyester film/plastic film; E xplanation: This entry shall apply for refund of input tax credit only on polyester film /plastic film".

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 20th day of October, 2023.
