संख्या सा०का०नि० 23/संवि०/अनु० 309/2023.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा महिला तथा बाल विकास विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1997 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा महिला तथा बाल विकास विभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा महिला तथा बाल विकास विभाग (गु्रप ग) सेवा नियम, 1997 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 9 में, खण्ड (ञ) में, उप-खण्ड (i) में, मद (ख) में, ''दसवीं'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''102'' अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
3. उक्त नियमों में, परिषिष्ट ख में, क्रम संख्या 10 के सामने,-
I. खाना 3 के नीचे,-
(i) खण्ड (ख) में, मद (i) में, ''दसवीं'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''102'' अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ;
(ii) खण्ड (ग) में, मद (i) में, ''दसवीं'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''102'' अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
II. खाना 4 के नीचे, ''स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा'' शीर्ष के नीचे, मद (i) में ''दसवीं'' शब्द के स्थान पर, ''102'' अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

Notification
The 20th October, 2023
No. G.S.R. 23/Const./Art. 309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Women and Child Development Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1997, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Women and Child Development Department (Group-C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Women and Child Development Department (Group-C) Service Rules, 1997 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 9, in clause (j), in sub-clause (i), in item (b), for the word "Matriculate" the figures and sign "10+2" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in Appendix B, against serial number 10,—
I. Under column 3,-
(i) in clause (b), in item (i), for the word "Matriculate" the figures and sign "10+2" shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (c), in item (i), for the word "Matriculate" the figures and sign "10+2" shall be substituted.
II. Under column 4, under heading "By transfer or deputation", in item (i), for the word "matric", the figures and sign "10+2" shall be substituted.
