संख्या सी0सी0पी0 (एन0सी0आर0)/आर0ई0-के0एस0एल0/सी0ए0/2023/1839.- हरियाणा अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी0सी0पी0 (एन0सी0आर0) आर0ई0-के0एस0एल0/सी0ए0/2009/2224, दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2009 मे निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

हरियाणा सरकार, नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सी0सी0पी0 (एन0सी0आर0) आर0ई0-के0एस0एल0/ सी0ए0/2009/2224, दिनांक 11 अगस्त, 2009 मे, अनूसूची में, प्रथम पैराग्राफ में, "ड्राईंग संख्या डी0टी0पी0 (आर0ई0) 514/2008, दिनांक 5 जून, 2008" शब्दों, अंकों, चिह्‌नों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, "ड्राईंग संख्या डी0टी0पी0 (आर0ई0) 671/2022, दिनांक 23 नवम्बर, 2022" शब्द, अंक, चिह्‌न और कोष्ठक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

The 25th October, 2023

No. CCP(NCR)/RE-KSL/CA/2023/1839.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)/RE-KSL/CA/2009/2224, dated the 11th August, 2009, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department, notification No. CCP(NCR)/RE-KSL/ CA/2009/2224, dated the 11th August, 2009, in the schedule, in the first paragraph, for the words, figures, signs and brackets "Drawing No. DTP(RE) 514/2008, dated the 5th June, 2008", the words, figures, signs and brackets "Drawing No. DTP(RE) 671/2022, dated the 23rd November, 2022" shall be substituted.
