संख्या 9/100/2023-4काा .- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 3 के साथ पठित धारा 2क की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ii) तथा उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 8/28/2022-4कII दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करने का प्रस्ताव करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌, सरकार ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, के साथ, जो अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से प्रारूप अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व लिखित में प्राप्त किए जाएं, पर विचार करेगी।

हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 8/28/2022-4कII, दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2022 में, प्रस्तावना में, ''नगर परिषद्‌, पटौदी-मण्डी'' षब्दों तथा चिह्‌नों के स्थान पर, ''नगर परिषद्‌, पटौदी जाटौली मण्डी'' षब्द तथा चिह्‌न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।अरूण गुप्ता, अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (3783) 3784 HARYANA GOVT. Notification

The 10th November, 2023

No. 9/100/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of Sub-section (1) and Sub-section (2) of Section 2A read with Section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following amendment in Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 8/28/2022-4CII, dated the 13th August, 2022, namely :-

Notice is hereby given that draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of a period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, in writing, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, with respect to the draft notification before the expiry of the period so specified.

Amendment

In Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 8/28/2022-4CII, dated the 13th August, 2022, in preamble, for the words and sign, "Municipal Council, Pataudi-Mandi" the words and sign, "Municipal Council, Pataudi Jatauli Mandi" shall be substituted.
