संख्या 9/101/2023-4क ाा.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, स्थानीय शासन विभाग (समितियां), अधिसूचना संख्या 53/111/93-3क-।, दिनांक 30 अगस्त, 1996 में यथा परिनिष्चित नगरपालिका समिति, समालखा जिला, पानीपत की सीमाओं में गांव पावटी (भाग), पट्‌टी कल्याण (भाग), किवाना (भाग), समालखा (भाग) तथा भापरा (भाग) के क्षेत्र को मिलाने के अपने आषय की घोषणा करते हैं तथा अब प्रस्तावित सीमाएं नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हैं। इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पश्चात्‌ सरकार, अधिसूचना के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों के साथ, यदि कोई हो, जो उपायुक्त, पानीपत के माध्यम से आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना के प्रारूप के संबध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि के समाप्ति से पूर्व लिखित रूप में प्राप्त किये जाएं, पर विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

उत्तर :- सीमा जी.टी. रोड पर मुरब्बा नं0 09 किला नं0 17 के उत्तर पूर्वी कोने से प्रारंभ होकर हदबस्त भापरा की सीमा के साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 05 किला नं0 25 के उत्तरी कोने तक जाती है।

पूर्व :- इसके उपरांत सीमा मुरब्बा सख्ंया 05 किला संख्या 25 के उत्तरी कोने से हदबस्त भापरा की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए मुरब्बा संख्या 41 किला संख्या 26 के दक्षिण-पूर्व कोने व हदबस्त भापरा की सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण की तरफ आते हुए मुरब्बा नं0 41 किला नं0 11 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने पर जौरासी रोड तक और जौरासी रोड पार करते हुए दक्षिण पूर्व दिषा की ओर हनुमान मंदिर रोड के साथ-साथ मुरब्बा संख्या 01 किला नं0 25 के उत्तर पूर्व कोने से चलकर मुरब्बा संख्या 10 किला नं0 06 के उत्तरी कोने में हनुमान मंदिर रोड को छुने वाले कोने तक और मुरब्बा संख्या 10 किला नं0 06 के दक्षिण पूर्व कोने से सीधा हथवाला रोड को पार करते हुए मुरब्बा संख्या 20 किला संख्या 25 के दक्षिण पूर्व कोने तक और दक्षिण की ओर सीधा मुरब्बा नं0 20 किला नं0 21 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने और दक्षिण की ओर मुड़ने उपरांत सीधा मुरब्बा संख्या 32 किला नं0 06 के उत्तर पूर्व कोने और पूर्व दिषा में मुड़ने उपरांत सीधा मुरब्बा संख्या 31 किला संख्या 09 के उत्तर पूर्व कोने और तब दक्षिण दिषा में मुड़ने उपरांत मुरब्बा संख्या 31 किला संख्या 19 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक सीधा और पष्चिम दिषा की ओर मुड़कर मुरब्बा सख्या 31 किला नं0 20 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक और दक्षिण दिषा की ओर मुड़ने उपरांत मुरब्बा संख्या 32 किला नं0 25 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोने तक और पष्चिम दिषा की ओर मुड़ने उपरांत मुरब्बा संख्या 32 किला संख्या 24 के हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा को छुने वाले बिन्दु तक और हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए जी.टी.रोड तक जाती है।

(EXTRA.), NOV. 16, 2023 (KRTK. 25, 1945 SAKA) दक्षिण :- जी.टी. रोड को पार करते हुए हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा के साथ-साथ मुरब्बा संख्या 78 किला सख्ंया 09 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने पर हदबस्त पट्‌टी कल्याण की सीमा को छुने वाले बिन्दु तक और पट्‌टी कल्याण की हदबस्त की सीमा का समालखा की हदबस्त की सीमा को काटने वाले बिन्दू से चलकर सीधा दक्षिण की ओर मुरब्बा सं0 10 किला सं0 06 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक और दक्षिण की ओर मुड़ने उपरांत सीधा मुरब्बा सं0 36 किला संख्या 04 के दक्षिण-पूर्व कोने तक और पष्चिम की ओर मुडने उपरांत नैषले रोड के साथ-साथ मुरब्बा सं0 36 किला सं0 04 के दक्षिण पूर्व कोने से चलकर किवाना हदबस्त की सीमा को छुने वाले बिन्दु तक और पुनः नैषले रोड के साथ-साथ रेलवे-लाईन पार करते हुए चुलकाना रोड पर मुरब्बा सं0 73 किला सं0 07 के उत्तर-पष्चिम कोने पर मिलती है। और चुलकाना रोड पार करते हुए किवाना रोड पर सीधा मुरब्बा सं0 73 किला सं0 03 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक और उत्तर की ओर मुडकर मु0 54 किला सं0 13 के उत्तर-पष्चिम कोने तक और पष्चिम की ओर मुडकर मुरब्बा सं0 54 किला सं0 09 के दक्षिण पष्चिम कोने तक और उत्तर की ओर मुडने उपरांत सीधा जाते हुए मुरब्बा 51 किला सं0 22 के हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा को छुने वाले बिन्दु तक जाती है। पष्चिम :- मुरब्बा सं0 63 किला सं0 27 के दक्षिण-पूर्व कोने से शुरू करते हुए हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा के साथ-साथ रजबाहा (खसरा नं0 98) को पार करते हुए पष्चिम की ओर व उत्तर-पूर्व दिषा में चलते हुए हदबस्त भापरा की सीमा व हदबस्त समालखा की सीमा को काटने वाले बिन्दू मुरब्बा नं0 02 किला सं0 13 तक और मुरब्बा नं0 09 किला नं0 17 के उत्तर पष्चिम कोने तक हदबस्त भापरा की सीमा के साथ-साथ जाती है।

Notification

The 16th November, 2023

No. 9/101/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to include the area of villages Pawti (part), Pattikalyana (part), Kiwana (part), Samalkha (part) and Bhapra (part) within the limits of Municipal Committee, Samalkha, district Panipatas defined in the Local Government, Department committees, notification No. 53/111/93-3C1, dated the 30th August, 1996 and the boundaries now proposed as specified in the Schedule given below.

Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of the period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Panipat from any person in respect of the draft of notification before the expiry of the period so specified.

Schedule of Boundaries

North :- The Boundary starts form North east corner on GT Road of Killa No. 17 of Rectangle No. 09 along Boundary of Hadbast of Bhapra to Beholi Road of North corner of Killa No. 25 of Rectangle No. 05.

East :- Then starting from Northern corner of Killa No. 25 of rectangle No. 05 going along boundary of had bast Bhapra to South corner of killa No. 11 of Rectangle 41 on jaurasi road and then crossing the jaurasi road and going towards south east direction along Hanuman mandir road starting from north east corner of Killa No. 25 of rectangle No. 01 to eastern corner of killa No. 06 of rectangle No. 10 along Hanuman mandir road and then going staright form south East corner of killa No. 06 of Rectangle No. 10 crossing Hathwala road to south east corner of killa No. 25 of rectangle No. 20 and then going straight to south upto south west corner of killa No. 21 of Rectangle no 20 and turning south and straight to north east corner of killa No. 06 of rectangle No. 32 and then turn eastern direction straight upto north east corner of killa No. 09 of rectangle No. 31 and then turn south direction straight upto the south west corner of killa No. 19 of rectangle No. 31and then turns towards western side upto south west corner of killaNo. 20 of rectangle No. 31 and then turns towards south upto North west corner of killa No. 25 of rectangle No. 32 and then turning western direction upto point of intersection of Boundary of Had bast samalkha at killa No. 24 of rectangle No. 32 and then going along boundary of Had bast samalkha upto GT road samalkha.

South:- Then starting from crossing the GT road along Boundary Had bast samalkha upto south west corner of killa No. 09 of rectangle No. 78 touching boundary of Had bast pattikalyana and starting from intersection point of had bast pattikalyana with boundary of had bast samalkha towards south, direction straight upto south west Corner of killa No. 06 of rectangle No. 10 and turning south direction straight upto south east corner of killa No. 04 of rectangle 36 on nestle road and turning west side and going along nestle road from south east corner of killa No. 04 rectangle No. 36 to Nestle road, crossing the instersection point of nestle road with hadbast kiwana and going again along nestle road crossing railway line and meeting chulkana road on north west corner of killa No. 07 of rectangle No. 73 and then crossing chulkana road going straight to kiwana road upto south west corner of killa No. 03 of rectangle No. 73 and turning northern side upto north west corner of killa No. 13 of rectangle No. 54 and turning west upto south west corner of killa No. 9 of rectangle No. 54 and turning north & going straight upto intersection point of killa No. 22 of rectangle no 51 to Had bast Samalkha on north west corner.

West.:- Then starting form south east corner of killa No. 27 of rectangle No. 63 goes along Boundary of Had bast samalkha crossing Rajbaha (Khasra No. 98) and going to western point of Had bast samalkha and then going in northeast direction upto point of intersection of boundary of Had bast Bhapra and Had bast samalkha at killa No. 13 of rectangle No. 02 of Had bast samalkha.
