संख्या 9/87/2023-4सी II.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के आदेष संख्या 9/87/2023-4सी ाा दिनांक 21 सितम्बर. 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिकाओं में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 16 वार्डों में से नगरपालिका, बराड़ा, जिला अम्बाला की सीटें आबंटित करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

16 वार्डों में से, 03 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 01, 07 और 14 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 07 अनुसूचित जातियाें की महिला से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 03 और 08 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 03 पिछड़े वर्ग 'क' की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 05, 09, 12 व 16 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।विकास गुप्ता, आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (4061) 4062 HARYANA GOVT. No. 9/87/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 9/87/2023-4CII dated 21st September, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Barara, District Ambala amongst 16 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-

Out of 16 wards, 03 wards viz ward numbers 01, 07 and 14 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward number 07 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women. Ward numbers 03 and 08 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A', out of which ward number 03 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' Women. Ward numbers 05, 09, 12 and 16 shall be reserved for the Women.
