No. 2/11/2018-1E.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Act 57 of 2003), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the Selection Committee comprising of following to make recommendations for appointment of Member (Law Background), Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission.

Secretarial assistance will be provided by the office of Secretary (Energy), Government of Haryana.
The earlier Selection Committee constituted and notified vide Gazette notification no. 12-2023/Ext. dated 17th January, 2023 stands dissolved.
