संख्या 9/70/2023-4क ाा.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 10 की उप धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग के आदेष संख्या 9/70/2023-4क ाा दिनांक 28 सितम्बर. 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपालिकाओं में सदस्यों के निर्वाचन के प्रयोजन के लिए 12 वार्डो में से नगरपालिका, अटेली मण्डी, जिला-महेन्द्रगढ़ की सीटें आबंटित करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

12 वार्डों में से, 2 वार्ड अर्थात्‌ वार्ड संख्या 4 और 6 अनुसूचित जातियों से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 4 अनुसूचित जातियों की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्या के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 1 तथा 12 पिछडे़ वर्ग 'क' से सम्बन्धित सदस्यों के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 1 पिछडे़ वर्ग 'क' की महिलाओं से सम्बन्धित सदस्य के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 3 और 7 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।विकास गुप्ता, आयुक्त एवं सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग। (4109) 4110 HARYANA GOVT. No. 9/70/2023-4C II.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of Section 10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department order No. 9/70/2023-4CII dated 28th September, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of the Municipal Committee, Ateli Mandi, District-Mahendergarh amongst 12 wards for the purposes of election of members in the said municipality, namely:-

Out of 12 wards, 02 wards viz ward numbers 4 and 6 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 4 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women. Ward numbers 1 and 12 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Backward Classes 'A' , out of which ward number 1 shall be reserved for the member belonging to the Backward classes 'A' Women. Ward numbers 3 and 7 shall be reserved for the Women.
