Subject: Re-constitution of Advisory Board in accordance with the guidelines of Government of India.
The Governor of Haryana is pleased to re-constitute the Advisory Board of Direct Benefit Transfer Cell in accordance with the guidelines of Government of India as under:-

(B) The terms of reference of the Board are as under:-
1. To hold review meetings on half yearly/annually basis, to ensure that the timeline for transition of all schemes to DBT mode is adhered to.
2. Introduction of novel ideas which can help in delivering benefits in a more effective way.
3. Review of rate of Aadhaar seeding in bank accounts in respect of each scheme of each Department.
4. Review of digitization of data.
5. Streamlining of data base and ultimately its connectivity with DBT portal.
6. The receipt of savings accruing on account of DBT initiative back to State.
