संख्या 2/07/2019-3ए.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वास्तुकला विभाग (वर्ग ग) सेवा नियम, 1990 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा वास्तुकला विभाग (वर्ग ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा वास्तुकला विभाग (वर्ग ग) सेवा नियम, 1990 में, परिषिष्ट ख में, क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने,-
(I) खाना 3 के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः- "(i) 10+2;"; (II) खाना 4 के नीचे, "स्थानांतरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा" शीर्ष के नीचे, विद्यमान मद (i) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-
"(i) 10+2;"।

No. 2/07/2019-3A.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constiution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Architecture Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1990, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Architecture Department (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Architecture Department (Group C) Service Rules, 1990, in Appendix B, against serial number 4,- (I) under columns 3, for existing item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 10+2;";
(II) under columns 4, under heading 'by transfer/deputation', for existing item (i), the following item shall be substituted, namely:-
"(i) 10+2;".
