संख्या 6/80/2023-4CI.— हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियम, 1994 के नियम-3 के साथ पठित हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (8) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी की गई सभी अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में वर्णित नगर निगम, रोहतक के आम चुनाव के प्रयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित सीटें आरक्षित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

No. 6/80/2023-4CI.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of section 11 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 (16 of 1994) read with rule 3 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1994 and in supersession of all previous notification issued in this behalf by the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, the Governor of Haryana hereby reserves the following seats for Municipal Corporation, Rohtak as mentioned in the Schedule given below for the purposes of general election, namely :-
