श्रमिकों की अवितरित राषि का नोटिस

पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1965 की धारा 9(3)(बी) के अंतर्गत

No.HLWB/2023/9495.— हरियाणा राज्य में संस्थाओं के माध्यम से कर्मचारियों को नोटिस द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि हरियाणा श्रम कल्याण बोर्ड, पंचकूला के पास कर्मचारियों की अवितरित मासिक वेजिज/वेतन/अधिक समय का वेतन/बोनस/ग्रेच्यूटी आदि की राषि समय-समय पर प्राप्त हुई है और इन्हें देय है, का विवरण निम्न प्रकार से है :-

संबंधित कर्मचारी अपना पूरा विवरण देकर बोर्ड को अपना कलेम एक वर्ष के अन्दर-अन्दर भेज सकते हैं। उपरोक्त समय की समाप्ति उपरांत क्रम संख्या 1 पर वर्णित राषि को 'त्यागी हुई संपति' घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और बोर्ड को इस राषि को पंजाब श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1965 की धारा 10 के अंतर्गत हरियाणा राज्य के कामगारों की भलाई करने के लिए खर्च करने का पूरा अधिकार होगा। संबंधित व्यक्ति अपने नामों को कल्याण आयुक्त, हरियाणा, पंचकूला के कार्यालय या संबंधित संस्था से देख सकते हैं।

Notice of Unpaid Amount of Workers

The 15th December, 2023

(As per section 9(3)(b) of the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965)

No. HLWB/2023/9495.— Notice is hereby given to the employees through their establishments in the State of Haryana to the fact that the amount of unpaid accumulations on account of monthly wages/ salary/ overtime/ bonus/ gratuity etc. due to the employees during their service have been received by the Haryana Labour Welfare Board through their establishments from time to time as per details given below:-

The concerned employees may claim their dues from the Board giving full particulars within one year. After completion of above period the amount mentioned at Sr. No. 1 will be declared as 'Abandoned Property' and the Board shall have full right to utilize the amount in accordance with the provision of section 10 of the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 for the welfare activities of workers in the State of Haryana. The affected employees in the State of Haryana can verify their names in the office of Welfare Commissioner, Haryana, Panchkula or from the concerned managements.
