संख्या 6/5/2023-2एच.बी.।।।.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग नान मैडीकल एण्टोमोलोजिकल (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम 1998 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते है, अर्थात्ः- 1. ये नियम हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग नान मैडीकल एण्टोमोलोजिकल (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2023 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा स्वास्थ्य विभाग, नान मैडीकल एण्टोमोलोजिकल (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 में, "17" तथा "35" अंकों के स्थान पर, क्रमषः "अठारह" तथा "बयालीस" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

No. 6/5/2023-2HBIII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Health Department Non-Medical Entomological (Group C) Service Rules,1998, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Health Department Non-Medical Entomological (Group C) Services (Amendment) Rules, 2023, namely:-
2. In the Haryana Health Department Non-Medical Entomological (Group C) Services Rules, 1998, in rule 5, for the words "Seventeen" and "thirty", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
