संख्या 1/47/2023-1टी०सी०पी०.— सोनीपत महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 28) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि को ऐसी तिथि के रूप में नियत करते है, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 से 14, 16, 22, 28 से 47 और 49 से 60 के उपबन्ध लागू होंगे।

Notification
The 20th December, 2023
No. 1/47/2023-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Sonipat Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2023 (28 of 2023), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette to be the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 14, 16, 22, 28 to 47 and 49 to 60 of the said Act shall come into force.
